Why do I have 2 mailboxes for same a/c

I have a 4s.
I have a mailbox on it for my Apple mail account.
It is showing 2 versions of the mail account.
(1) Mobile Me symbol
(2) iCloud Symbol
I went to systems preps and it only shows one mail box for the Apple account.
Everything in the 2 versions are identical and when I receive an e-mail it goes to both mail boxes.
How can I remove one and which one should it be ?
I do not have the problem with my main computer.
I just got the 4s and did not have the issue with the old 3g
Thanks,
Greg

why, after i have paid for an app, is it "no longer avaiable"... I went to sync my phone and the app is no longer there. When trying to add it back to my phone through sync it says "app is no longer available"

Because it was removed from the app store by the developer.
Didn't you have a copy of it in the iTunes library on your computer?

  • Can Exchange have 2 different mailboxes for same user

    hey guys,
I need to know whether Exchange 2010/2013 can have two mailboxes for the same user e.g.
1st mailbox is configured to send and receive emails for: xxxxpride.co.ke and
2nd mailbox is configured to send and receive emails for: xxxxsolutions.co.ke
is this possible? if not how should i go about this scenario?
will it mean I have to run two different exchange and AD servers which will have a different public IP?

No you can not have 2 mailbox for one user. Because, mailbox is associated with AD account and you need authentication to send emails.
In this case you can do  following
    1. Create a different user account with 2nd email address and Forward that 2nd email to first one. So User is reading 2 email in one mailbox. TO send email from 2nd mailbox assign the send as permission to first account.
    2. Add the Alias email address in your first mailbox. (By doing so) User will recieve the emails for both address but cant send from 2nd email address.
You can have multiple domains configured to recive and send emails in one exchange server.Yes certainly
we can create multiple recipient for multiple domains.. Under authoritative domains section of hub transport. External Relay and Internal relay and authoritative domains can be created. you can create email address policies for each domain as well. See the
    link below to understand more.

I am really surprise that the stat for good sql are little old. I just computed the states of bad sql so they are uptodate..
There is something terribly wrong..Not necessarily. Just using the default stats collection I've seen a few cases of things suddenly going wrong. As the data increases, it gets closer to an edge case where the inadequacy of the statistics convinces the optimizer to do a wrong plan. To fix, I could just go into dbconsole, set the stats back to a time when they worked, and locked them. In most cases it's definitely better to figure out what is really going on, though, to give the optimizer better information to work with. Aside from the value of learning how to do it, for some cases it's not so simple. Also, many think the default settings of the database statistic collection may be wrong in general (in 10.2.x, at least). So much depends on your application and data that you can't make too many generalizations. You have to look at the evidence and figure it out. There is still a steep learning curve for the tools to look at the evidence. People are here to help with that.
Most of the time it works better than a dumb rule based optimizer, but at the cost of a few situations where people are smarter than computers. It's taken a lot of years to get to this point.

  • I can't send  message from iMessage why? I have credits for send but it doesn't work! Need help!

Hello plz I need help !! I can't send my message with iMessage! I don't understand why?! Yesterday I send it! And now it's not working! I have credits ! So why?! PLZZZZZ need help have to talk to my friend!!

    Let me clarify.
iMessage is completely different from regular SMS. iMessage is where you can text from Apple device to Apple device (ex. iPad to iPhone, or iPod to iPad)
SMS is texting service for all phones, excluding the ipod, ipad. (ex. iPhone to Droid, or iPhone to Nokia)
So when you iMessage someone on you iPhone, it is free and can be sent to anyone with an Apple device.
When texting SMS, you can send to anyone with any kind of cell phone.

  • Two URLs for same WS

Hi everyone! I've created a function and I've published it like web service... Now, i see the WS in SE80 (Service Definition --> WSDL tab) and i get URL and WSDL (by example: http://hostname:8000/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ZFUNCTIO_001/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100 ).
Then, i go to SOAMANAGER, and i get another URL (with a little distinct WSDL: http://hostname:8000/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_E0DE487057B0E7F1A58C005056900046/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100 ). If i put these in Explorer, both open correctly...
Why there're two URLs for same WS? Wich is correct?
    Thanks!!

    Hi,
    say for example
    your one URL is
    x.hostname:portno/irj/1stURL
    and the second URL is
    x.hostname:portno/irj/2ndURL
and maintain two umLogonPagedefault.jsp with names,
umLogonPage1stURL.jsp and umLogonPage2ndURL.jsp and do the necessary coding you want inside the JSPs.
Now, umLogonPage.JSP is the JSP file responsible for determinig your portal URL to open when user wants to enter into portal. So Open that JSP(umLogonPage.JSP) and do like this:::
    <%
    String strReqURL = request.getRequestURL().toString()==null?"" : request.getRequestURL().toString() ;
    %>
    <%
    if ( strReqURL != null && strReqURL.endsWith("/1stURL"))
    %>
         <%@ include file="umLogonPage1stURL.jsp"%>
    <%
    else if ( strReqURL != null && strReqURL.endsWith("/2nuURL"))
    %>
    <%@ include file="umLogonPage2ndURL.jsp"%>
    <%
    %>

    Hi E_WM7,
    Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
Take a look at the article linked below, it provides suggestions that may be able to resolve the authorization issue.

  • HT1926 Why ,when Itry to install the latest update for iTunes does it say that my iTunes signature is "invalid" when I have used this same computer for years and have installed all the previous updates? Thank you.

Why, when I try to install the latest iTunes update, itsays that I have an "invalid" signature...I have used this same machine and have installed all the previous updates with no problem.

That one suggests the installer has gotten damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

  • When importing my address book from Outlook why do I have multiple entries for the same contact?

I have an address book and it contains one list in Outlook. I just downloaded Thunderbird and imported my address book. The address book and one list imported very easily but there are anywhere from 3-5 entries for each person in my contacts. If I delete the extras they are removed from my list as well. Why are there multiple listings for each contact and how can I remove the duplicates without losing my list entries?

as I was looking thru pictures in my finder I noticed there were several copies of the same pictures I had taken yesterday. I just went thru all Seven copies of the pictures (accidental pics of my hands and the desk etc) and right clicked and moved  them to trash, then I thought I'd look it up when I realized its not just these pics, but very many had een stored in groups of three or four.
    1. Why is that?
Depends on where you saw them - If they were in the iPhoto library iPHoto has either two or three different versions (no duplicates) or each photos in its library - this is not optional and can not be changed  --  If they were not in the iPhoto library then you can do what you please with them and they have nothing to do with iPhoto - iPhoto is only involved with the photos in its library
    2. Why is it advised to NEVER make changes to the structure or contents of iPhoto in Finder?
    (as quoted Below)
"I would suggest using one of the proven safe programs - if you are going to manually remove them be sure to remember that you NEVER make any chnages to the structure or contents of the iPhoto library using the finder - only make changes using iPhoto"
Very simple - if you do you will destroy your iPhoto library and have to start over losing all work you have done in iPhoto - The iPHoto library is a SQLite database and there are NO user servicable parts in the iPhoto library and any changes made using teh finder will corrupt the database and cause dataloss
Is that a good enopugh reason for you?
So if these photos were in the iPhoto library when you
I just went thru all Seven copies of the pictures (accidental pics of my hands and the desk etc) and right clicked and moved  them to trash,
You destroyed your iPhoto library and will either have to restore your backup from before you did this. put everything back EXACTLY like it was before or start over

If you want everything the same on both computers you need to be running the same OS X version. You can't because your iMac is a PPC machine, not Intel.
But to see information about your hard drive is the same for both. Simply select the drive icon on the Desktop. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. Disk information is in the upper panel.

You can just delete the ones you don't want from the document Library. Be careful though, that you do not delete the symbol(s) that are being used on the canvas.
It's hard to say how you got so many duplicates in the first place without knowing your workflow.
My guess is that you created a new symbol every time you added something to the canvas, but that is only a guess.
