You should be importing these to your computer regularly as you would from any digital camera.

    You have purchased Unlimited US&Canada, does it mean you wish to call US?
    In that case Skype To Go number is not very useful. Skype To Go number is just like a regular landline number, so instead of calling Skype To Go number from your landline and then be direct to US number you could call US number directly.
    Skype To Go number makes sense if you wish to call abroad. For example you wish to call UK which would be international call. So, you will get Skype To Go number which is local to you in US and then Skype subscription that covers UK calls.
    This way you wouldn't pay international price, you would pay for local call plus small subscription fee for Skype.

    Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

  • I have purchased the Unlimited US & Canada Package...

    I origonally had the pay as you go Skype Credit. When it ran out I purchased the Unlimited US& Canada Subscription. However now when I try to make a call it sends me to the buy more credits screen and will not let me make a call.
    I have checked my history and Skype shows the Unlimited subscription is valid and working however it is still using the Skype Credit account instead of the Unlimited subscription. When I try to delete the Skype credit there is no way to do it.
    Do you know I can get this working?

    Your subscription is indeed active and if you are calling US or Canada then Skype client should not request Skype Credit.

    I have had an Unlimited World subscription for a number of years. When I upgraded to Skype Premium the charge included an Unlimited USA & Canada subscription that is redundant. was this a mistake? Why do I need to pay for a subscription that is a subset of the one I already have?

  • Why do I have to guess how much data I might use in a month when I select a plan?

    When I sign up for water service, I don't guess that I might use 1,000 gallons a month, and then pay three times the going rate for water if I take a few extra showers. I get charged for how much water I use that month.
    When I sign up for electricity service, I don't guess that I might use some set number of kilowatt hours, and then pay three times the going rate if we have a heat wave and I run my air conditioner for a few extra hours.
    Why do I have to guess how much data I might use, and then spend three times the going rate if I stay up watching youtube videos for a few extra nights?
    It is stressful to have to constantly monitor usage, and figure out ratios of how much I've used compared to how much time is left in the billing cycle to see if I need to curb my usage. It is not a good customer experience. I would prefer that data be charged a flat rate based on actual usage, perhaps with an option to throttle speeds at certain levels to prevent cases where a minor lapse in judgment could ruin my monthly budget, like forgetting to check data usage religiously on a device meant to simplify my life.

    Simple answer is Verizon is offering a block of data for usage.
    Where I live the water bill states my wife and I are being charged for 30,000 gallons per quarter/half and the price is say $60 however we never use any where near that amount. I send the meter reading in and it shows the amount we use. But the hamlet we are in has a set amount of gallons. Not fair but we live with it.
    For your data outside of the unlimited which is not available any more to new customers you may be a light user and never go over the 2GB for $30 dollars a month. If you do you will pay through the nose for data. If you pay for more data say 4GB and I don't have the price for it so lets say its $70 then you don't have to watch as much for overage fees. But you are paying for the data in advance so as not go over and get hit with whopping fees.
    It is just the way it is.

    The recommendation is always to make another ID for use with a paid books account. And while I can't swear this is at the root of your issue, you should in any case reach out to Apple for assistance on this one, I think.

    Why do digital downloads cost more in Canada? Our dollar is at parity with the United States, if not higher. There is no difference in digital delivery cost? This seems tremendously unfair.  

    Becasue the music industry/distributors have ony agreed to the current pricing.  Apple cannot charge less than the owners of the distribution rights allow.  Apple also is likely to incur different costs in each nation ( software licensing/taxes, diffeterent laws and regulations that may effect costs, etc.
    Prices for most  things are not exactly the same from store to store, city to city, country to country, etc.
    If someone has told you that life is fair, then demand an apology from them.

    Seems like people having this problem are those coming from a phone that doesn't have a nano SIM card...so when Verizon issues them one they end up changing their plan. No clue why this keeps happening but stay on top of them. As long as you initiated the request for your plan to be reinstated within the 14 day time frame they should put it back. Interested in seeing how this plays out. There is still one phone in my house that hasn't been upgraded (an iPhone 4). I'm hoping when we do upgrade it at full retail they won't mess with her unlimited data plan

    Unlimited US and Canada is still around 30USD and Online Number is a separate product which is also 30 USD.
    Your order history should also show that you have always purchased Online Number separately: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
    It seems you tried to purchase Unlimited North America which is a bit different subscription than Unlimited US&Canada.
    If you are US customer then you should be able to purchase Unlimited US&Canada subscription from http://www.skype.com/go/subscriptions
