Why do I have a gray circle arrow thing next to a playlist?

One of my playlists randomly developed a circle arrow thing next to it (gray/white and doesn't move like it is downloading). It is a playlist I saved offline, I uncheck the offline tab and this circle disappears. I click the offline tab and it reappears. I've waited hours for it to disappear thinking maybe it is secretly still downloading or something, but it never goes away. The whole list plays offline fine so I assume it has to have finished downloading. But the annoying little thing won't go away and I have no idea what it is and the internet apparently has no idea what it is either.

Please try clean reinstall. You will have to redownload all your playlists again.
1, Uninstall Spotify from "Programs and Features" in Control Panel
2. Remove all spotify folders on your PC
3. Download and run CCleaner, clean and repair your registry.( http://download.cnet.com/CCleaner/ )
4. Restart your pc.
3. Install the latest version of spotify.

New iPad? Some of them have screen issues. I just returned one that had a gray strip down the left side. Actually, I had two like that. It was difficult for me to find a new iPad without screen issues. I actually never did. I gave up at new iPad #6. It's probably best to just bring it to an Apple store (if possible) to have it looked at. They might just swap it for you.

Sorry, but you can't downgrade the iOS.
To find out if this is software related, set it up as new device without using a backup afterwards:
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support
If the screen is back to normal after that, restore from the backup. In case the gray screen comes back again, your backup contained damaged data and you'll have to start again without the backup data.
In case the gray screen is still on after setting it back to factory settings, your device needs to be checked by an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple:

Why do I have the gray linen sign in screen?

Please help: Using mid-2011 Imac, upgrading to Mac OS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion (12F37), I have had THREE different sign-in screens: first Gray Flannel, then Light Blue and now Gray Linen. I do not know what caused these changes; Apple Care's tech advised: "Don't worry, be happy."

I have file vault 2 enabled. I do not have multiple monitors and never have had. There are no other users except myself.
The Light Blue log in screen is for users who are part of a managed network...does not apply to me (so far as I know...unless somebody adopted me in a hostile takeover am I totally unaware of -- aka "via hacking") either.
Therefore, I am multiply stumped.
I'd imagine Grey Linen is a bit of a step up from Light Blue; however maybe not in the case that a connection to some kind of "virtual" monitor might exist?

You no longer have Pages in your Applications. Pages is not part of Snow Leopard, it's part of iWork. Right click (Control + Click) on the Pages icon in the dock and select Options>Remove From Dock.

Why do songs that I just had on my iPhone have a dotted circle next to them and won't sync to my phone?

I recently downloaded about 20 new songs and put them into iTunes. I synced my iPhone with iTunes, but suddenly unchecked songs started syncing to my iPhone and the songs i had downloaded would not. I looked into it and under "on my phone," the songs had dotted circles to the left of them. I restarted the phone, i restarted the computer, and finally i cleared the phone and restored it to the back-up. After restoring it didn't work, I unsynced all of my music from the phone and tried to resync all of the checked songs onto it but ALL of the songs i previously had on the phone have the dotted circle next to them. I am so incredibly frustrated and have no idea why this is happening. Why it 1) downloads unchecked songs, 2) has dotted circles next to all of my songs, and 3) won't sync any music I have checked as they are all now marked with the dotted circles. Please help! I had this issue on my iphone 4, and two songs listed on the iPhone in iTunes had the dotted circle. I researched it, and I found a hundred different answers. Some were complicated like uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. All I did was this... In iTunes under Music, I simply unchecked Sync Music, and I deleted all music from my iPhone. I then checked Sync Music, chose all the songs I wanted. No songs in iTunes had dotted circles, and all songs on my iPhone played.

No, you don't have to delete and restore. Just open a folder on your computer, call it something like iPad music, keep it open, open iTunes, select all your music, copy and paste it in the folder you just created, delete all your music from iTunes (relax, you just copied it into that folder). Select all the music in that folder, drop it back onto your playlist. Now, I renamed my playlist, because it was called untitled, originally, so if that doesn't work, rename, or delete and recreate your playlist, copy the music back over, sync, and they will play.
Worked for me, anyhow. Good luck!

Thanks so much for your reply! You've definitely got me leaning more toward the Curve now. I'm sooooo bummed out that our Alltel doesn't have the pink Curve. They're in the process of switching over to Verizon but said it'll be around late summer before they really start getting their phones in. All I have to choose from is red and black! If they had the silver one, I'd go for that even. But as you mentioned, you can buy all sorts of skins and covers for them so I guess I can always give that a try! If they'd had the pink Curve I would have exchanged in a heartbeat! haha I'm such a girl sometimes.
I really do a lot of emailing, texting, IMing, etc., so the Curve may be better for me. My last phone was a Scoop (though I only had it for a few months because it was a replacement phone) and toward the end, I started to get used to the full QWERTY keyboard more. I really like that the Curve has buttons that you can really depress... Not just the flat keys that you can't even really feel as you're pushing!

I don't know what operating system you are using, and I am not familiar with AMD video cards so I don't know the likely age and specs of your computer, but you need to make sure the driver is updated directly from the AMD site
