Sorry to hear that the Bluetooth data/profiles may have been deleted from your phone. Accidents happen!
oznaw, to be honest, I believe you will need to perform a master reset in order to recover the missing Bluetooth data, as there is nothing really available in the Play Store that just updates the Bluetooth profiles/data. Let us know if you have any additional questions, or if you found an alternative. Thank you oznaw.

  • My fingers have a burning sensation while using track pad.  Is there a reduce-friction coating that could have worn off?

I have recently been getting a burning sensation, as if my finger tips are rubbed raw, while using my track pad.  I have been using my MacBook Pro for two years now.  I am wondering if the track pads have a special coating on them to help reduce friction? If there is a friction reducing coating I think it could have worn off over the years of use.  Maybe my fingers have more oils/sweat than most people, which would cause a coating to wear off faster. I stopped using it for some weeks hoping maybe my fingers were sore from something else. But that was not the case.  The burning feeling to my finger tips starts within the first five minutes of using the track pad.
Please let me know if you know anything about Apple using a special coating on the track pad.
    Thanks
    Its a MacBook Pro 13-inch Mid 2010

I have no different issue. Recently I bought MacBook Pro with retina display ang iPhone 6 plus. I have a burning sensation while using mac track pad. it becomes intense shortly using track pad and I cannot work.
The problem is same while using my iphone 6 plus. If it is an allergy to mixing of some metal with aluminium(as some of you have mentioned) it should not be a problem with iphone, but i have the same burning issue with using phone as well.

  • Why can't I charge Iphone 4S while using blue tooth

When I go to charge my Iphone 4S in car while using blue tooth the sound stops.  What can i do to correct this?  Or is that jus the way it is.

Requires the support of Bluetooth Profile A2DP, that's why. Your phone supports such, but it appears your hearing aids do not.

  • Why do I have to Sign In to use my product?

Why do we have to ask the community (which basically is quite ignorant) our questions when Adobe has the answers? We buy the product from Adobe, but have to ask people who don't really have a clue how to solve the problem. Why can't we ask Adobe? Have they gotten so big that we, the consumer, don't count anymore? Are they so big that it's up to the users to solve their problems when it's Adobe's job to answer and solve the issues? Just curious because it's getting harder and harder to reach Adobe to get help. Shuck's you can't even e-mail them any more. Instead they have these "Forums." Lame. If you do have the opportunity to make it through to a live person, they're from a continent that speaks a language similar to ours but all they can do is appologize instead of fixing the problem. This is really poor customer service. Am I the only who feels this way?
Oh yeah my question/discussion; "Why do I have to Sign In?" I bought the product, installed the product, now I have to Sign In or I can't use the product - it will become unusable?

    Hello George,
You should really be co-operative around here to get help. Charles is one of the most helpful members to the forum and has been, for a long time now.
Anyway, I don't want to get there.
These points from the FAQ clearly answer your question - WHY:
    Q. What if the customer does not have Internet access at installation?
    A. There are two options if the customer is offline at installation:
    • If the customer’s computer is temporarily offline (e.g. he or she is travelling or has Internet connectivity
issues), the customer will have seven days after the first launch of the product to connect to the Internet
and log in with his or her Adobe ID.
    • If the customer’s computer is permanently offline (e.g., he or she works in a secure environment), the customer
will need to complete an Offline Activation process using an Internet-enabled device, also within
seven days of the first launch of the product. See below for more information on the offline activation
    process.
    Q. Why will an Adobe ID be required for Creative Suite 6 perpetual products?
    A. Adobe Creative Suite 6 products’ serial numbers (for perpetual licenses) and Adobe subscriptions will now be
registered under a customer’s Adobe ID. Adobe IDs provide customers with easy access to their serial numbers,
subscriptions, free or paid areas of Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as the Adobe.com community. Customers can
visit My Adobe at https://www.adobe.com/account.html to access their serial numbers and subscriptions.
    Q. Do users need to be online to use Creative Suite 6 perpetual products?
    A. No. After the one-time activation and login process, users no longer need to be online to use Creative Suite 6
    perpetual products.
Note: For Adobe product subscriptions or Creative Cloud memberships, recurrent Internet connectivity is required
    to confirm subscription status.
    Q. How does offline activation work?
    A. To perform offline activation, the customer should click the “I cannot access the Internet” link in the product
launch screen and then follow the prompts. Once the offline computer generates a machine-specific Request
Code, the customer will need to use an Internet-enabled device to access www.adobe.com/go/getactivated and
enter the Request Code where prompted. The customer will receive a Response Code that must be entered in the
offline machine to complete the offline activation.
Important Notes: Request Codes are machine-specific and only valid for 72 hours. Customers need to request
one code per machine and can easily request a new code if the process has not been completed within 72 hours.
For more information, go to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.
The reason for activating it online - so that YOU have access to your serial number (even if you lose it, ever). Yes, we have seen many a people losing their serial numbers - some in 1 month of activation and some after 2 years. When you activate it online, your serial number is assigned to your Adobe ID. Take for example, a Mac. You need an Apple ID to be able to use the App Store - to keep track of all your purchases as well as your subscriptions. This is exactly the same.
You don't have to keep doing this every week. It is one-time only activation for perpetual licenses. The 7 days mentioned is the period you get to use the software without activation.
    Trust this helps.
If you still need further support and if you want it from Adobe directly, like I mentioned earlier, please tweet @Adobe_care.

  • Cannot resolve the symbol while using use bean in jsp

    Hi,
Jsp with weblogic version 4.5 were running fine. When running on
weblogic server 6.1 I get an error while running jsp pages cannot resolve
              symbol
              probably due to
              <jsp:useBean id = "hmllinkbean1" class="com.accupac.html.htmllink.LinkRS"/>
I have the bean classes in
              config/accudomain/applications/DefaultWebApp_myserver/Web-inf/classes/
and jsp files in the directory
              config/accudomain/applications/DefaultWebApp_myserver/
              Any help will be appreciated.
              Thanks
              madhu

    Three possibilities:
Is your directory name really "Web-inf"? That will not work. It needs to be "WEB-INF".
              In WEB-INF, do you have:
              classes/com/accupac/html/htmllink/LinkRS.class
When you say "cannot resolve symbol", is it the LinkRS class that it can't resolve?

  • Why do I have to select my network using Network Diagnostics every time I turn on my MacBook Pro and go to Safari?

Every time I turn on my MacBook Pro, before I can use any programs that access the internet (i.e. iTunes, iBank, etc), I have to go into Safari where it prompts me to perform network diagnostics.  (I use a wep encrypted wireless network.)
During network diagnostics, I select my network and at some point it tells me that my network appears to be working properly and then defaults to the Apple.com webpage.  I then Quit network diagnostics and exit Safari and then I am fine to do whatever I need to in the other programs.
This is quite annoying and I wish it would just remain on my network without me having to do this every time I turn it on.  Is there some thing I can do or some setting that I am missing that would allow me to avoid this?

    Is your network hidden? See:
    WiFi, Internet problems, possible solutions
    Secure your network
WiFi security issues, at home and WiFi hotspots
Change the name of the network and the password, then connect manually and when it asks to save in Keychain do so.
If it's still giving problems and it'a not the router, it's the computer, then go through this list.

  • WHY DO I HAVE A WONDERSHARE WATERMARK WHEN USING MY ADOBE READER X?

I just completed a reformat and re-install of my operating system. My next step was to download and install adobe reader 10 which seemed to go just fine. I opened up my adobe reader and up comes a watermark from something called "wondershare". Why is this watermark present and why can't I remove it ( this crappy wondershare site says I can remove the watermark for a fee)? Keep in mind that I downloaded my adobe reader directly from the adobe website (I did not use any third party site or downloader). Someone please help me!
I downloaded directly from the adobe website. I am using a fresh install of Windows Vista (installed from pre-made recovery disks back to factory specs) after a complete hard drive format (including the recovery partition).

Derp Derp Derp Now why didn't I think of that. Sure enough Bernd Alheit you were correct. Actually I realized that the document itself came from an alternate site instead of my trusted site. I deleted the pdf and re-downloaded it from my trusted site and no more watermark. Thanks for knock on the back of my head!

  • I have an excessive dalay while using my iPhone-4 to play the guitar.

Analogue jack out is ok, but digital output is extremely delayed after IOS7 upgrade. Before the upgrade, no delay was appreciable. It happens with Jamup, Amplitube, Ampkit, etc.
Do you know if there is any way to save processing time in the digital output conversion?
I use the analog iRig (IK Multimedia) to connect the guitar to my Iphone4, but I heard it through the digital 30-pin connector output connected to a digital dock.
    Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply Michalo. I am in India and here Apple care does not work on Sundays. I have been without my phone for the entire day. Perhaps tomorrow will bring some respite. There is not solution to "error (-1)" on any forum it seems. I found one forum which suggested use of Tiny Umbrella. Any idea about that?

  • Why my macbook pro getting so hot while using two or more simple application???

    Hi all,
for last 4 month i have been used macbook pro. at the begin i didn't face any trouble. recently i found that when i ran two or more application at a time my notebook began start hot. it's very scaring for me. what shall i do now.
one more thing, i need to use virtual machine here. is it create any problem for macbook pro ???

Notebook computer are designed to handle higher temps, so it's important to know the actual temps. I use the free utility Temperature Monitor:
    http://bresink.com/osx/TemperatureMonitor.html
because it does not invoke DashBoard, where all the widgets running can give a higher than realistic reading.
MBPs have thermal protection; if the temps approach those which could damage the computer, it shuts off. The safety shutdown point is, depending on the MBP variant, close to 100C/212F, a level that feels realy hot to the touch.
    Other things to consider:
Make sure that air can get around and under the computer. Setting the computer on your lap or a blanket can block part of the heat dissipation system.
Commercial anti-virus/internet security programs can run up the temps
Third-party backup software can also run up temps. On one of my computers, using Western Digital's backup software jumped the processor temp by over 10 percent.
Shut off DashBoard when not using it with this widget:  http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/status/dashquit_berenguierduncan.html
Can you elaborate of what you consider "simple Apps." A web browser is no longer simple if you are visiting sites that have a lot of Flash animation and/or video content. My MBP will jump 15-20F when viewing such sites with any browser.
