my iPad 4 continually needs rebooting. Especially when listening to radio, but also after a few hours of non use.

Hi Go to Settings iCloud check last backup Then Restore ipad to factory settings this will get rid of any bugs. Use same Apple ID & password then you will get all your data back Do this over your WiFi. Cheers Brian

I haven't seen this issue yet and I have definitely changed my IP address a few times on my Windows systems (mainly XP, in my case).
Tmk, the service is linked to your Apple ID as well as your system's short name (computer name). Whether or not it's using the system name of a GUID of some kind, and I'm not 100% sure. I've even changed my MAC address and iTM stills works for me.
You might want to supply more details on your specific situation - why is the IP address changing? If you are on a home network and the system is on frequently, the internal DHCP on your home router should supply you with the same IP address until it's released. Are you always at home or are you seeing this issue when you're actually actually outside of your home network? If so, it could be another factor than the IP address change internally on the device -- perhaps it's the actual IP address difference on the Internet-facing router.
EDIT: I just saw your reply that criss-crossed mine. I think it's the home to work change that's the root cause and not the actual IP address change. You using a proxy server at work? If so, there could be some NAT'ing going on which could certainly affect things.

Whenever I try to log into the iTunes store, or simply open up iTunes on my laptop, I spend most of my time continually putting in my iTunes password. I'm getting more and more frustrated with this problem that I have tried to avoid syncing my iOS devices to iTunes because it won't accept my password which, by the way, it never says it's wrong it just won't accept it; the login popup always appears. Why do I have a continuous drum beating sound ?

One thing that us bugging me every now and then is the *_continuous drum beating sound_* ? It happen when I tried to click on the orange circle on the top right in the Safari window to make it go down to the dock. Or when I open up the preference window.
Sometimes when encounter with this, I took out the USB mouse or keyboard & then put them back and the sound dissappear. I used to think the Operating System was warning me of loose connection.
But now it even after disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse & keyboard, the *_continuous drum beating sound_* persists.
What is the cause of the *_continuous drum beating sound_* ?
Any idea how to solve this problem ?

Hi Ryan,
Not to worry. Those little alert sounds generally mean that you have asked the computer to do something that it can't do, or that is improper for it to do.
More often than not, you'll see that you just pushed the wrong button or key or something silly like that. If you do something incredibly dumb, you'll know about it. You'll see a dialog box, or your computer will cease to work properly.
Are you hearing the alert time after time even when you are not touching the keyboard or mouse? Or are you clicking on something many times in a row and hearing the alert?
Try repairing permissions and check your hard drive through Disc Utility in the Utilities folder. If no problems are found, GOOD! If problems are found, you can boot your computer from the install disc that came with it. When you see the screen asking you to select a language, do that. On the next screen, do not proceed with the installation. Instead, look up in the menu bar for Utilities. From there, run the Disc Utility again, but tell it to repair the disc. Sometimes, you have to run Disc Utility several times to clear up some problems.
Having said that, if you are indeed having operational problems with your computer, come back and tell us what they are, OK?

Why do I have to continually change my Apple ID password?

This is really starting to get me down… The last time I was prompted to change the password was about three months ago. I've just been asked to do it again this morning. This is a real pain because I have to re-enter the Apple ID password now on all my devices in various parts of the system. I thought Apple ID passwords were permanent?

It could be something that needs to be fixed by Apple since there are other reports. I don't use that feature on my 5s so I can't comment. I wouldn't think you have to enter your password over and over. And since there doesn't seem to be any documentation from Apple other than below from this URL, who knows.
Your fingerprint can also approve purchases from iTunes Store, the App Store, and the iBooks Store, so you don’t have to enter your password.
Also, see here which also mentions the issue and that Apple recognizes it as an issue to be fixed.

Have tapped one of the icons and it is now "waiting". Will wait and see if it changes to a different/normal look and if it does (after updating or restoring) I will do the same to the rest of them. I have to hard reboot my iPad Air each time I turn it on after the latest upgrade

Everytime I try to open my 4 month old iPad Air, I have to do a hard boot. This started after we did the latest system upgrade. I tried a system restore today but that did not help.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

I've been having similar issues although mine seem to happen when I import my own movies into Apple TV. After adding new items to my iTunes library and then switching my entertainment configuration to Apple TV, I get nothing but total blackness and my TV says it has no HDMI signal. Once I unplug and repower the Apple TV, everything works fine.
