Why do I have to enter my password 3 times before I can access my iTunes account using a Windows 8.1 pc?
For the past 6 months or so, I can't log onto my iTunes account without entering my password at least three times. This is only when I'm using my Windows pc (8.1). Logging in on my iPhone, ipad, ipod are fine. Argh!

How can I set up my 4s so that when I need to access my apple account to either download an app, update an app or buy something then I need to just put in my password? This is how my 3s worked but the 4 s seems to have stored all my details so I don't need to log in. My young son sometimes plays games and I dont want him to accidentally buy stuff. How do you retrieve downloaded music and playlists after a complete computer crash. I can log into my Itunes account and make purchases but my music library is gone. I have an external backup on a flash drive but for some reason the music does not show up there either. It's like I have a brand new account and have to start all over. Itunes must have an archive I can access to get my music back, right?

Recently I have had to restart my iMac up to 10 times before I am able to access the internet with Safari.

Why do I have to enter my password everytime I open iTunes?
The only time I don't have this issue is if I open up iTunes within a few hours of signing in. If more than 10+ hours, I have to sign in with my password.
I can't see an area in the preference panel where I can bypass this step.
It makes sense if I'm in the iTunes store and purchasing a song, but not if I simply want to listen to an existing playlist.
Any help would be appreciatedActually, the only thng that will do is set the frequency of requiring the password once it has been entered the first time. The default (I think) if restrictions are NOT turned on is fifteen minutes. Regardless of this settings, the AppleID password will need to be entered at least once (more if there is a substantial amount of time between purchases.

Unfortunetly, in situations like this, the ONLY other way to bypass that four-digit passcode and/or a disabled device is to connect to a computer with the most recent version of iTunes (11.1.3), connect the device in Recovery Mode and restore it to factory settings. Restoring to factory will completely wipe the device, including the four-digit passcode.

(If there is any other way to bypass the passcode, it would have to be third-party, which I am not familiar with any program that can, sorry!). -

You are being blocked how ?
If you mean that your library isn't showing then it won't automatically appear on it. You can authorise your iTunes account on it via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option (with iTunes 11 pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear). You will then need to either download your content onto it (what you can re-download will show under Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage), or copy if from your old computer or your backup.

Your iTunes account won't include your non-iTunes purchased e.g. music copied from CDs etc, nor photos that were synced from a computer.
To get non-iTunes music you will have to go via a computer. If you don't have that music on, for example, an external drive, then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back from a device : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
For photos that were originally synced from a computer then there are apps such as Simple Transfer which can copy them between devices and/or to a computer (though photos are 'optimised' as part of the syncing process, so if you do copy them back to a computer then they might not be the same as they were on your laptop).

Changing your password should be sufficient, that should be required to be entered to download anything from the store.

Why do I have to refresh 2 or 3 times before pages are displayed correctly?
I just recently reformatted my laptop and installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 home premium 64-bit. Went through all the motions, blah blah blah.... Anyway, noow when i use firefox, the majority of the time my home pa't ge doesn't load certain elements, sometimes it says pages are unavailable (same screen as when your connection goes out), and then usually loads them correctly after refreshing 2 or 3 times. I have no idea what could be causing this. I don't think it's my ISP. Anyone have any ideas?

I need to hit the reload button at least once sometimes twice before a web page appears correctly or to get all of the pages content. This problem just started. I also can no longer get the Veetle movie player to work it wont download the channel anymore. I think this is the same problem and this also just started to happen.

How Often Do You Have To Enter Your Password When Redeeming Multiple Songs?
I pick up Starbucks "Pick of the Week" cards now and then, and I don't always get around to redeeming them until I have 3 or 4 cards. In the past, I've been able to enter a code, enter my password, and then just enter more codes until that iTunes Store session has ended. For the last several months, I've noticed (in both version 9 and 10) that I have to enter my password every time I enter a code.
Is this really "normal behavior?" If so, when did it start? I know I have entered as many as five codes with only the first requiring me to enter my password...If you didn't charge the battery fully before testing, of course it won't last as long as expected!
If you're really worried about the battery life you need to do a test. Play several 28 kbit/s CBR MP3s, from a FULLY charged battery. The battery should last at least 24 hours. It's vital that you use the files specified, and the battery is fully charged, otherwise the test won't be accurate. Make sure to leave the player charging 30 minutes or so AFTER it appears to be fulled charged as it will trickle charge the final 0% of the battery.
If it does last 24 hours then it's down to the way the player is being used, and there is no problem with the battery. -

Reset your iPad by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPad will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data or settings.
