Topic says it, I can't hear the newer songs unless I turn the volume in my car up to 30, yet I can hear other songs at 12, so my volume is set at 30 from one song then another song comes on and I go deaf

I had the exact same issue!! Seriously p*ssed me off when I checked out my ITunes purchased items (via my computer) and noticed that most of the additional tracks listed on my IPhone playlist was listed there too. However, I never authorized any purchases!! (I have actually written Apple Support asking for a full refund of all tracks listed on my purchased list)
Be careful when you swipe your finger to the left/right on those "additional" tracks on your IPhone playlist... I'm pretty sure that the cloud symbol is an option to download or automatically buy those tracks.
Solution for the problem:
1 - go to your IPhone settings
2 - choose "iTunes & App Store"
3 - go to "Show All" & "Music"
4 - turn off "Music" by moving the bar to the left (it should be a white color once you turn it off)

It should do so automatically, if not check it's staus this way.
In iTunes press "Command J" or select "View Options," under the view menu. In the popup window check iCloud Status. It will now appear as one of the columns in your main iTunes window.
This column will show which of your songs are matched, uploaded, ineligible, etc.
When you navigate to the song you downloaded you will see it's iCloud status.
If the status says, "waiting," and you want it available on Match now, then in the iTunes "Store," menubar pulldown, select "Update iTunes Match."
It will scan your drive, and update all status'.
You will not have to upload everything again.
Even if in iTunes you turn Match off, and back on again.
Match remembers you!

Is Settings>iTunes and App Store signed into the account that purchased them?
Can yo redownlod them directly to the iPod by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Do they show up in the Purchased list?
Do you have any Restrictions (Settings>General>Restrictions) set that would prevent syncing/loading those songs?

Since you can only sync your iPod with one computer at a time, you'll need to copy the contents currently on your iPod to your new iTunes library first. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different ways to accomplish this task.

Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

If you manually manage photo storage, create a parent folder which will contain the named folders of photos that you want transferred to your iPad only. Under the Photos tab for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes, select the parent folder followed by a sync. All named folders of photos in the parent folder will be transferred to your iPad as separate albums.
To add additional photos, place the photos in one of the existing named folders of photos in the parent folder, or create a new folder for the additional photos and place the new folder of photos in the parent folder followed by a sync.
To remove a folder of photos from your iPad, move the folder of photos out of the parent folder followed by a sync.

It is expecting your to be running your own server - AFAIK it's not designed for use when you are expecting to host on a commercially run server but I'm not sure about that. When I got the new phone and synced with my nike running, most of the songs transferred. Most of them are in my store but are listed 2-3 times. some of them are in bold print, others in light print. Welcome to the Support Communities!
I would suggest you transfer your iTunes purchases from the iPhone to the computer first.
Then in your iTunes library on the computer, find and remove the duplicates.
Then resync to your Nike.

I signed out and signed back in on iTunes, restarted my phone, and even checked for any updates. Nothing seems to be working. They charged the money from my card but now my songs won't download. I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. Because you never run the install of whatever program you are referring to with sufficient user privileges and it thus never "sticks". Run as admin, turn of security tools, let the install finish properly. If you need more guidance, provide system info and tell us what program you actualyl mean.

What happens when you try to restore the iPod? Error message?

Sorry if this is too basic or confusing
Apparently in iOS 8 there are different volume settings for different applications
The setting on the home screen does not carry over to Pandora for example and it is different ( or at least appears to be) for the in-car experience.
So I would try to stream the music when not in the car - see if you can turn the volume up and then try again in the car

Why do I have to turn off and on my HP office jet 7500A every time I want to print a page? I can print one and imediatly try to print a second and it says it cant be found on the network.

Since going up to Lion I am having problems with my HP Officejet 7500A printer. It is on the network wirrelessly. After every page I have to turn the printer off and back on again because my mac cant find the printer on the network. The windows mechines here can still find it, but not my Mac Pro. What is going on?
Obviously I have it set up right because I can print to it. problem is my mac thinks it goes off line every time I tell it to print another document.
Anyone know of a fix?

Lion may have replaced files that partially made up your printer drivers. Either way, HP saw fit to make a new set of drivers specifically for 10.7 so you may want to use it simply to avoid any bugs tehy found.
