Why do I keep getting an error "The new Java Plug-In requires a recent version of the Firefox Browser (Firefox 3 or later) I am using 3.6.13 and have the most up to date verison of Java according to their test site.
I was getting this error on an older windows xp pro machine and now it is appearing on a brand new windows 7 professional machine. I have confirmed the most up to date version of Java.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

You can also try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the [[Safe mode]] start window.

I had the same problem so I decided to try going to website on the back. (DisneyOzMovieandOffers.com). It will take you to a page that says to redeem code, enter the code that is given to you and click enter. It will give you options of where you would like to download it from. Click iTunes and it will give you the correct code to download the movie from iTunes.

Try deleting iTunes from your computer. Do not delete your iTunes library. Then download and install a fresh copy if iTunes. Reboot your computer after installation of iTunes.
Then reboot your phone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
Reconnect the phone to your computer running iTunes and see if the sync process will go through. -

Why do I keep getting a "error 5002" while attempting to purchase my iTunes wishlist?
I've been trying to figure this out for the past four days myself. I tried everything I could to reset my account information since most of the forums indicated the problem was with my payment information. That didn't ring true for me because I regularly make purchases with no problem. In my case, the problem was that one of the songs I was trying to purchase had been purchased previously. I found this out when I went to each song in my wish list individually and hit the buy button. Surprisingly, each song was purchased and downloaded successfully. When I got to the sixth song or so in my wishlist, iTunes told me that I had already purchased that song and asked if I wanted to download it again. I said yes. I then hit the buy all button for the remaining songs (the behavior that had not worked previously and generated the 5002 error) and the download happened properly.
I realize that the 5002 error seems to be generated by multiple issues, but that is what worked for me. Perhaps you could try the same approach and see what happens if you haven't already resolved your issue. Good luck. -

This happens when I am trying to listen to Radio (obviously). I ran diagnostics and it said my internet connection was good. I can also connect to the iTunes Store with no problem. Any ideas?

I am also having this problem, especially with scanned documents. Since I need to download scanned documents in my work this is a big problem!Sometimes I can read but not save the document, sometimes one or two of the pages will be blank from the start. I have the latest version of Adobe Reader XI (11.0.10). I tried reducing the page zoom, a suggested workaround on this page: Acrobat: “Insufficient data for an image” error after updating to 10.1.4 or 9.5.2, but that did not help at all. FWIW I use a Windows 8.1 PC with 4 GB RAM. I usually download PDFs from the internet using Firefox.
