Why do I keep getting console errors on my macbook pro?
My MacBook Pro constantly throws the following line to console:
_NXGetScreenRect: error getting display bounds (1001)
Does anybody know what can be the problem? Is it a known problem?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Why do I keep getting an error message "An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service.Check your internet connection or try again later." This happens when I am trying to listen to Radio (obviously). I ran diagnostics and it said my internet connection was good. I can also connect to the iTunes Store with no problem. Any ideas?

why do I keep getting an error "insufficient data for an image" when opening a document in Adobe Reader XI 11.0.06
I am also having this problem, especially with scanned documents. Since I need to download scanned documents in my work this is a big problem!Sometimes I can read but not save the document, sometimes one or two of the pages will be blank from the start. I have the latest version of Adobe Reader XI (11.0.10). I tried reducing the page zoom, a suggested workaround on this page: Acrobat: “Insufficient data for an image” error after updating to 10.1.4 or 9.5.2, but that did not help at all. FWIW I use a Windows 8.1 PC with 4 GB RAM. I usually download PDFs from the internet using Firefox.

I had the same problem so I decided to try going to website on the back. (DisneyOzMovieandOffers.com). It will take you to a page that says to redeem code, enter the code that is given to you and click enter. It will give you options of where you would like to download it from. Click iTunes and it will give you the correct code to download the movie from iTunes.

Why do I keep getting an "error 5002" when trying to purchase my wish list?
Why do I keep getting a "error 5002" while attempting to purchase my iTunes wishlist?
I've been trying to figure this out for the past four days myself. I tried everything I could to reset my account information since most of the forums indicated the problem was with my payment information. That didn't ring true for me because I regularly make purchases with no problem. In my case, the problem was that one of the songs I was trying to purchase had been purchased previously. I found this out when I went to each song in my wish list individually and hit the buy button. Surprisingly, each song was purchased and downloaded successfully. When I got to the sixth song or so in my wishlist, iTunes told me that I had already purchased that song and asked if I wanted to download it again. I said yes. I then hit the buy all button for the remaining songs (the behavior that had not worked previously and generated the 5002 error) and the download happened properly.
I realize that the 5002 error seems to be generated by multiple issues, but that is what worked for me. Perhaps you could try the same approach and see what happens if you haven't already resolved your issue. Good luck. -

That one is often a compatibility mode problem. Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):

I keep getting the spinning wheel, and macbook pro seems to be slowing down. How do i fix this without buying software?
Go to system profiler and report back the amount of RAM that you have.
Make sure that you have at least 20% of your hard drive free.
Make sure you don't have a lot of items on your desktop as that can slow things down.
Quit applications that aren't responding or you aren't using and won't be using for a while.
~/Library/Caches Quit all applications and delete this folder. Do a regular delete then do a secure erase on all the items that won't delete.
If it only happens with a certain application (Safari for example)...
1. Quit the application (Safari)
2. Open ~/Library/Preferences and find the file for safari (com.apple.Safari.plist).
3. Put the file in the trash. Do NOT empty the trash yet. Open the application and make sure everything's ok. Now you can delete the file. In Mail if you trash the file, you will get rid or your setup.
Make sure that your dashboard doesn't have too many widgets and use Activity Monitor to see what it's using.
There are ways to disable if you want to.
Make sure that all of your software is up to date.
Repair permissions (it can't hurt)
Don't have a lot of login items.
Your internet browser shouldn't have a lot of extensions.

I keep getting an error message saying "This purchase would exceed the maximum Gift Certificate purchase amount for this Apple ID."
1) Who ever knew there was a limit. Where was it, if ever, disclosed? Why does it even exist?
2) Is it a limit on the Purchaser's ID or the Recipient's?
3) What are the parameters of this limit? Is it $xx/week, /mo, total credit balance, pending transaction limit, lifetime gift certificate allowance? This error is terribly vague.
4) Other options available to me.sorry that meant to read i DID cut and paste some pictures into my document.
