It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices? Take a look at the article below, it provides suggestions that will resolve most issues that cause an alert like that to appear in when starting the Mail app.

Can there be any external hard disks - if so How is/are it/they formatted ? Must be Mac OS Extended (hfs) if used for Video.
UNIX/DOS/FAT32/Mac OS Exchange - works for most but not for VIDEO.
What this means in Your situation is above me.

• in what format ? .jpg, .bmp, .tif, else ?
Audio
• from where/what format ? iTunes, .avi, .mp3, .aiff, else ?

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

I have been into computers for about 25 years now and it really ticks me off that after all these years these companys can not put out something that works. I just updated my 3gs to the latest iOS 5 update and now I am unable to text certain numbers. I keep getting the error code 1121611611 invalid number, even though the number I have in my contacts is a 10 digit number. Any suggestions on fixing this?

I keep getting an error pop-up when I try to access my email. The pop-up says Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed. I get this pop-up on both my iPhone 5 and my iPad. I can still access my email, but the pop-up is real annoying. Can someone please help me with this? -Stu

The 2048 error message usually suggests the files use MPEG-2 format which is not supported natively on Windows via QuickTime without the additional MPEG-2 Playback Component ($20 from Apple).
