Why do I keep getting this message: " The phone cannont be synced. An Unknown Error occured (1150)."

I've tried for 2 days to sync my phone with iTunes but it won't let me saying that the phone cannot be synced because an unknown error occured (1150). I've tried resetting my sync history and resetting my firewalls to allow iTunes but nothing I've tried seems to work. Suggestions????

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?
