Is this safe, why should I have to sign in with my google account? And why do I need to give access to my account?

What does that mean. I'm just asking how to use one of the products that I was encouraged to use by a Mozilla email. I was worried about the issue of safety and privacy of having to sign in with another companies account (Google) and give access to that account.

Can't log into BOE system using SAP Authentication when using Document Link

Hi all.
We are setting up our dev SBOP 4.0 SP2 system and are working on getting everything configured to our requirements.
What I am currently struggling with is the Document Link functionality.
If you browse to a document (WEBI or Crystal) in the folder view in the BI Launchpad and right click and select Document View, the system presents a static link to the report. The problem is, when I execute that link in another browser window, the system prompts me with the default login screen that consists of the User Name and Password which utilizes the Enterprise authentication by default. Our login authentication is set to SAP everywhere else.
I've already set the parameters for BILaunchpad.properties to allow us to log into the BOE server using our user IDs and that works without a problem. I've also configured the OpenDocument.properties file as well. Neither of these two files seem to have any impact on the screen I'm seeing when I try to use the Document Link. (And yes, I've restarted the tomcat server each time I've made a change to the config files.)
I'm running out of ideas - have any of you encountered this issue before and do you have any suggestions?

Hi,
i saw this also a couple of times that the changes to the "custom" folder wont take affect.
Try the following:
1. Stop the Tomcat
2. Rename the properties file in the custom folder
3. take a backup of the properties file from the config folder
4. make the changes to the properties file in the config folder
5. start tomcat
Maybe this will solve the issue but if you deploy a new Fix Pack or Service Pack these Settings will get override.
If this solved your problem i would recommend you open a Support Message with the SAP Support.

It can't be tracked with Find My iPhone if it wasn't enabled, and even if it was it can be tracked if it's turned off. All you can do is physically look for it.

You may have been infected by malware that you downloaded and installed. The download was probably called "FlashPlayer.pkg". If you still have it please don't trash it quite yet. For the benefit of others in this community can you please upload it to http://www.virustotal.com. Once you have done that copy the ID and report it back here along with the exact name of the file that you uploaded.
If the results do not show anything in the status column next to ClamAV can you also upload it to http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi and in the description box include the keyword "macos". If you know the name of the site where you downloaded it from, that would also be useful. Then you should trash it so you won't be tempted to run it again.

It started last week - I normally use Chrome to play my games in Facebook - but I started getting "Sorry, this feature isn't available
right now"..... When I used IE..... no problem - a friend said to install Foxfire, which I did, but I made the mistake of having my bookmarks and whatever transferred from Google as it is the browser I used most often and it has all my bookmarks, but
now it does the same thing when I try to log into Facebook. - I have no problem with any other website. I deleted both Google and Foxfire and tried to start over - I cleared History and checked all the boxes hoping that this would help - but it did not.

On Friday, it started working again - and everything was fine. But on Sunday evening I ran the History Clean in Google and when
I went to log back in, I couldn't and got the same "Sorry" message and has stayed this way since.

11g authentication directly against EBS (bypassing need to log into EBS)

Is it possible to configure EBS authentication that allows users to directly authenticate against the EBS database? I see some documentation/threads on this but it seems to be for setting up a link "within EBS" to use EBS credentials to log into OBIEE. Has anyone successfully configured security to directly autheticate against EBS DB (bypassing the need to log into EBS).
Any input is appreciated.

I can still access the internet. I can still log into my iCloud. I reset my network settings and restored my iPad twice already. I tried all the stuff I could find on YouTube to include changing my DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 I don’t know why I can’t log on. I bought the iPad in Germany and it worked. When I came back to Turkey where I live it worked. I took a trip to the states in December and it worked. Now that I’m back in Turkey, I can’t even log on. Are you running any A-V? If it's an iMac 21.5, I don't think you're running Leopard, 10.5. Probably at least Snow Leopard, 10.6. This is the Leopard forum.

Try a Safe Boot. Shift at the startup chime and expect a much longer time to boot. This will bring you to a login screen with "Safe Boot" in red.

HT3819 Home Share issue: I have a Mac and Apple TV. Both are log into the same Wifi network and the same iTunes account (I can view purchased movies on AppleTV). Home Sharing shows 'ON' for both devices. BUT...AppleTV shows no computers. Itunes sidebar-no

Has anyone else found solution to Apple devices not 'seeing' each other on Home Share? I have a Macbook Air (new Nov'12) and Apple TV (new Dec'12). Software updated on both. Both are logged into the same Wifi network and the same iTunes account (I can view movies purchased from iTunes on my AppleTV). Home Sharing shows 'ON' for both devices. BUT...AppleTV shows no computers... and ... Itunes sidebar does not have a 'Shared' area at all. Help please as without this functionality, my Apple TV only provides portal to purchased (i.e. Netflix,...) content which I can get from Wii or Xbox.
I have already tried the following without success:
1. Homeshare DID work the first day after I setup Apple TV... but the next day it has not worked since then.
2. Powered off 30 sec then re-started (Apple TV & Macbook & iTunes login)
3. Checked Firewall settings per Home Sharing troubleshooting guide (correct settings)
4. Turning on Photostream in iPhoto and selecting iPhoto within iTunes and then checking to see if Photostream shows anything on AppleTV (it shows 'on' for my iTunes account but 'Zero' pictures found ... despite the >3,000 pictures showing avail in iTunes).
I also have 'Remote" app on my iPhone 4, with Home Sharing turned on (same Wifi network)... it has a very similar message as the Apple TV and same result that despite all devices having HomeShare 'on' they cannot see each other: "Remote will automatically find the iTunes libraries and Apple TVs that have Home Sharing turned on using the account xxxx (it lists my correct itunes account name)."

I solved this by reset of the Wifi (unplug cable and power to both modem and wifi ... wait 60 sec ... plug in modem cable and power ... plug in wifi power and LAN to modem ... restart AppleTV and Mac ... Turn Home Share 'OFF' in iTunes then back "ON" ... it took ~60 sec for the AppleTV to pick up my Mac in computers.
