Why do I need to unplugg all USB devices every time I want to boot up my pc?

Hello, recently I came across this weird problem where i need to unplug my usb devices every time I want to boot up my PC. I've disabled the "boot from usb" option in the BIOS however it didn't fix it. This issue is on my HP elite 8300 CMT. Any help will be appreciated thanks in advance.

Typically what happens - one device causes the problem.  If you find the offending device by doing one device at a time, perhaps it will be something that you do not really need all the time.  I had a USB printer that would prevent proper bootup or shut down, so just left it disconnected most of the time.

    did you use https://helpx.adobe.com/au/contact.html 'till you could see this?
    to get this phone number

  • Why do I have to sign in to CC EVERY TIME I want to use a program? It takes HOURS per week.

    I need a program to work instantly, every time. Instead, I have to sign on, give my password EVERY TIME, and it winds up taking HOURS out of my work week.
    Why is this and how can I make it stop?

  • Why do I need to download a rental movie each time I want to pick up from when stopped

    Why does apple tv store rented movies. Have to re-download each time want watch same rental

    The Apple TV does not have accessible storage. It is simply caching the streamed content and once other content is accessed or the device turned off the rental is flushed requiring reload.
    If you want to store you can rent on your computer and stream via home-sharing.

  • I guess I need help just using this forum. What happened to the question I just asked? Where do I find the answers? And finally, why do I need to select a new name every time I need information?

    The tutorial seems to assume you want to catalog everything on your camera/card.  I want to be able to download my day's shooting so I can browse through them on my computer to decide what to save, what to delete, what to catalog, etc. I'm not opposed to change, but so far it seems that Lightroom has its own flow that does not fit how I work. Am I missing something?

    Two things to note on this:
    When you are in the Import dialog box, you can click Uncheck All and then click on the small box (upper left) for the photos you want to import.
    Even easier, Lightroom won't import duplicates. Photos you have already imported will be dim. New photos will be checked. It's a good idea to also turn on "Don't Turn on Suspected Duplicates" on the right side of the dialog, under File Handling.

  • Why do I need to restart Apache and Tomcat every time a java file is change

    If a java file is changed and complied the changes are not reflected if Tomcat is not restarted.
    The settings in server.xml are as:
    <!-- Tomcat Manager Context -->
    <Context path="/manager" docBase="manager" debug="0" privileged="true"/>
         <Context path="/cf" docBase="cf" debug="0" reloadable="false"/>
    Here "cf" is my Application folder under webapps. The reloadable property when set to "true" for standalone Tomcat on Windows98 reflects the changes for compiled java files without restarting Tomcat. But on Linux 7.1 with Apache 1.3.19 and Tomcat 4.0.3 this is not working.
    Also tried out with Manager Application of tomcat-users.xml with reloadable="false" as well as reloadable="true",
    But when I reload the application using the command
    http://servername:8080/manager/reload?path=/appli.name
    It tells me that the application is reloaded but changes in the java file are still not reflected.
    Also when reloaded through Manager Servlet, Only my load-on-startup servlet is reloaded, but other java classes are not.
    Is it neccessary to execute this reload command from the server itself. I m executing it from a remote m/c. and have mapped the application with a domain name virtually.
    Is it the case with Tomcat on Linux with Apache. Or is something going wrong on my part.
    Can someone Help out plz.

    Rupali

    touch web.xmlor that command is for *nix systems, not sure what the Windows command is.  But basically, when you edit the web.xml, even if it means updating the last modified time, it will restart only your application and you should see the changes.

  • "You Need To Restart Your Computer" Message every time I try to boot up

    I recently installed Mac OS X 10.4 onto my Mac Mini after a licence became available in my home. All was working fine and I updated to 10.4.11 updated safari, flash all that kinda stuff I was missing with 10.3. There was a mega (20.4GB) log file called ARDAgent.crash.log that was clogging up my 80GB Hard Drive leaving it with very little free. This file was there in 10.3.9 but I didn't delete it there and then. After installing 10.4 (I thought maybe it would sort it out - it didn't) it was still there so I tried deleting it. "In use". So I restarted with it moved and as another help topic said I deleted it using terminal. Computer seemed to be running normally and after updating Sockwave Player and a few other things I decided it was time for a restart.
    I restarted and 75% the way thru the blue OS X launch sequence I got the "You Must Restart Your Computer" message. Oh Dear thought me. Ah well, do as I'm told. Next time I didn't get as far. It got to just before it loaded OS X bar and then did the same. So, try launch from the 10.4 DVD - worth a try. Did so and for some bizar reason gave me a blue screen. Ok. So what next? I tried the 10.3 restore CDs that came with the Mini and it looked great. It got to the stage of clicking continue to do tests / install OS X and it crashed giving me the restart the computer.
    I've reset the PRAM and PMU.
    It now crashes with the Grey Screen and Apple logo with the loading sign at the bottom after about 15 seconds after bootup.
    I've got a backup but for some crazy reason it's not bootable :'(. I've got other backups but they're of 10.5 and 10.6 so I doubt the mini will even boot into them so I can have a look at the HD to diagnose any further.
    Any help would be really appreciated as taking it into a Mac Store is near impossible.

    Yes, you are getting kernel panics. A leading cause is memory, however, there are other causes. If you haven't read this, it may help: http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/kernelpanics.html

    Why can't Find iPhone locate all my devices ?
    It finds my iPhone, iPod, and only one of 2 iPads.
    Sometimes, only finds iPhone and iPod only.
    I don't use iCloud...had very bad experiences with it !!!
    Lost all my Contacts and had duplicates and triplicates of entries in my Calender.
    Took a long time to get back to "normal"
    Stays far away from iCloud now !

    Find My iPhone relies on iCloud.  (It used to use MobileMe and may still do that, but that service is going away at the end of June, so you need your iCloud account for Find My iPhone.)

    No problem, it is still much the same advice but you'll need to use third party tools to extract the data.
    See this post from forum regular Zevoneer for some options.

  • TS1538 Every time I want to sync my iphone to itunes I have to uninstall and reinstall itunes on my pc. It will only ever find the phone once, then I need to go through this all over again.

    Every time I want to sync my iphone to itunes I have to uninstall and reinstall itunes on my pc. It will only ever find the phone once, then I need to go through this all over again.
    How can I solve this?

    You'll have to do it by process of elimination. Sign into the iTunes Store through the App Store app, go to the Purchased section, and look at the list of apps purchased through your own Apple ID. Anything on your iPhone not in that list isn't yours and should be deleted. The same process would apply to content from the iTunes Store.
    Or you can just restore the iPhone from your most recent backup and then redownload everything from the iTunes Store. But if you have a lot of apps or content, that obviously wlll be slow.
    I updated my iphone by his ID , is it still problem?
    That's probably how you got your friend's purchases. It won't be an issue for iOS, but it is an issue for those apps and content.
    Regards.
