Why do i receive messages that my fire fox is old, but i instaled new version 16.0.1.
I installed firefox version 16.0.1 and i still get messages that my firefox is an old version so i need to update it. but vhen i download new version it is still the same, 16.0.1
this happens when i come to firefox web site or facebook or gmail, allways the same message apears.
and when i go to help and about firefox he checks for updates and i get message that my firefox is up to date. so what to do
and allso i have norton antivirus and it is not compatible with this version of firefox, what to do with that problem
You have a general.useragent.override pref that makes your Firefox version appear a Firefox/3.6.13 in the user agent.

if that fails, uninstall ps, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and reinstall. then use the manual updates. -
I just installed the new version of firefox. My firefox worked fine with the previous version. But the new version only works on the day I install it but the next time i start my computer it does not work. It does not open after clicking the icon. I even uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but again the same thing happened. I have no idea about plug ins etc. but I did not install any new ones.
This is a very interesting issue. Let's start with trying [[safe mode]], [[managing profiles|new profile]], and [http://firefox.com/all-older.html installing an older version] - if one of these works, please don't do the rest and reply here.

What are the detail? file size?
Since you can't create them in iPhoto, what is the source? Camera? What processing did you do in iPhoto?
Can you look at the Info for the photos that do sync and those that do not to try to find out why? -
I can´t log in at the apple store or on itunes, although I received message that my registration is OK! when I try I requested review my account infos with my credit card datas. When I even tough I fill datas gives error and refuse my entry!!

There is no resolution needed, as this is not a problem.
I am saying not the device, but the Apple ID is what needs to be the same, unless the movie is rented.
If the movie is rented, it can only reside on one device at a time. But from your error message above, I don't think that is your situation.
Your error message suggests a different Apple ID purchased the movie. If you want to see it, you must use your computer's iTunes, go to Store > Authorize This Account in the iTunes menu on your computer, and have that purchaser sign in with their Apple ID and password, then sync your iPad to that computer. -

Hi All,
I had this problem today myself, and was frustrated repeatedly by the '4002' error.
I have literally just fixed the issue by doing the following steps:
1: Go to the 'Store' tab and select 'Turn Off iTunes Match'
2: Return to the 'Store' tab and select 'Update Genius'
3: Wait for this to complete succesfully, the return to the 'Store' tab once more and select 'Turn On iTunes Match'.
4: iTunes Match will now go through the motions and should succeed!

I can't get new version of itunes to install on Windows 7 64 bit computer. Receive message that reads insufficient privileges to access c:\program files\ipod\bin. I've followed several threads I've read here but nothing is working.
For such situation, I'd suggest the following:
1. Remove current installed office with the fix-it tool in
KB2739501, and follow the "Remove Office manually" section to make sure there are no remaining files
2. Either download a trial version of Office 2013 from
http://office.microsoft.com/, or from
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/jj937170
3. Reboot your computer in clean boot mode, and run setup again

I transferred a pages file from ipad to mac (also pages) via email for editing. It opened normally. However, after editing, received message that cannot save edited document to the mac because "trial period has expired for iwork"! I have purchased pages for both machines separately and presumed they would work without a hitch. Am I missing something?
It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This changed with Snow Leopard. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip. -

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

You can text with anybody using your Android phone no matter what type of phone the other person is using. The phones will be using standard SMS text messaging. You cannot use your iPad to text with Android devices, Messages on the iPad only works with other Apple iOS devices.
If your friends are trying to message you from their iPhones to your iPad, they have to send the text to your Apple ID email address and you have to set up messages to use your Apple ID instead of the iPhone number. Your Apple ID should already be accessible in the settings since you have to set up Messages with your Apple ID in the first place.
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at>Your Apple ID email address. Select the Apple ID in there. -

Adobe Flash Player update will not download and receive messages that plugin for videos is disabled.
Received message that Adobe FlashPlayer needed to be updated. I try walking through the steps and it will never download. Cannot view news clips or videos sent to me. Receive a message "The plugin for this content has been disabled. Click here to manage." If I click, nothing happens.
Have you blocked a component called ''plugin_container.exe'' with your firewall by any chance? Check the logs.

Next, reboot and then go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ It should give you the option to install it immediately without the need to download it.
Be aware though that when you run the uninstaller, it will also remove Flash from IE8 (or 9), so if you use either of those, you'll have to go to the same site again and download it from within Internet Explorer. -
