How come i receive my messages late like for an example my friend sends my a message at 1:45 and i get it 1:54 or when my friend sends snd photo to me i get it a month later

Try deleting the old backup.
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the device name and on the resulting screen, scroll down and tap on Delete Backup.

Thanks for the response. Must be smart phones. My daughter has a dumb phone and she can send out. I tried deleting my text messages on the Verizon website, but they won’t delete. It must be on their end. Chat line was busy forever, until they shut it down.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? If there are questions about your password, like Thomas said, don't click on the random link, but go to the app store or iTunes on your computer and sign in and see if there are any issues.
Anytime there's an e-mail from some source wanting your passwords, one good way to check it is to ignore their 'convenient' link and go directly to the site via another source and check things there.

From a recent post I answered for a similar question about the lack of PowerPC app support in Mt. Lion:
Unfortunately you got caught up in the minor miracle of Rosetta. Originally licensed by Apple when it migrated from the PowerPC CPU platform that it had used from the mid-1990's until the Intel CPU platform in 2006, Rosetta allowed Mac users to continue to use their library of PPC software transparently in emulation.

Earlier today, my wife, and I were texting to each other, and we both were receiving our messages within 30-60 seconds. At approximately 5:09 pm my wife texted me to let me know when she would be home so I could start dinner.
Well the next thing I know is that my wife is entering our garage, and I ask, how come you didn't call or text me, and she said she did text at 5:09, and she showed me her phone (iphone 4), and it was time stamped at 5:09 that the message was sent.
At approximately 6:05pm (54 minutes later) I received her text on my phone. This isn't exceptable, especially when, or if there was an emergency. what would caused this to occur?

Again, your both right. this problem is not an internet provider problem, it's a cellphone carrier problem, and yes they can not guarantee that your text will arrive in seconds or minutes. This is the first time it's taken this long for me to receive a text from anyone.
My kids (adults) send us texts all the time (from the east coast), and we receive them fairly quick, and we're on the west coast, but since this doesn't occur all the time I guess we can deal with it. Everything else works great.
