Why do ipods come in many awesome colors and iphones only come in black and white?

The only answer is because that's what Apple decided. No one here knows any more than that.
You should put a case on it anyway so buy one in the color you want.

Check the printer itself. Some printers you need to set the color & B&W settings on the printer itself instead of the Mac. If that is not the case w/your printer, contact HP tech support and/or post in their forums if they have one.

You can tell apple that you'd like it and see if they respond....eventually. (you don't get responses from your feedback mails but they have been known to issue changes that users have asked for, such as the ability to mass delete apps)

Transfer signature to InDesign (in color and white reverse)

I scanned a signature, saved it in Photoshop. I want to copy and paste it into InDesign as a color and also as white reversing out of black. I can't get rid of the background! I am sure this has a simple solution, but I can't seem to manage. Laure

I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I just cannot get rid of the background. I have to admit that I am not great with layers... I know, I know, how could that be? But, I open the file, double click on the layer then hit delete. The signature goes away, and I see a checkerboard where the signature was and the white paper around the signature. One thing I did earlier, after scanning, was rotate the signature slightly creating a black area in the negative spaces. Does that make a difference?

Why do I have so many flagged messages and how do I unflagging and delete them

My mail app lists over 60k flagged messages, but when I click flagged messages, the list is empty. When I check for memory usage, mail comes up as 11 gb, even after a delete all the messages I can see. How do I delete/unflag messages, and how do they get flagged in the first place?

There are two possible fixes in this discussion. Delete and add the account back on, or go to the InBox, Tap Edit, and Flag all emails and then unflag them all.

Why does CC have so many other programs and processes with it?

Since downloading CC, my computer has become noticeably slower, running processes like
3 Adobe CEF Helpers at a time, even with no adobe apps open, sometimes using up to or above 10% CPU
Core Sync that never goes away, usually taking up about 2% of CPU
Adobe Creative Cloud always runs as a background process
Adobe IPC Broker, always running
Adobe Acrobat Update Service, always running
Creative Cloud Helper Application, always running
AdobeARMservice
What is all this stuff and is there any way that it really does't have to be slowing my computer down SO much?

Most of those processes don't slow down your system, they just reside in memory. The rest is one of those "Mmmh...?" things - without actual system info those percentages are meaning less and them being so high to me means that your system must be somewhat weak overall. The CoreSync naturally is tied to the various sync features and you can turn those off if you don't need them. The CEF helpers and various updaters can simply be turned off in the CC app settings and updater settings - there is no need to launch the CC app every time you start your computer if you don't actually plan on updating something or using the cloud storage.

Colored and white lines across iPad screen

Ok so I got home from work and I pulled my iPad out of my laptop bag and I noticed that when I turn it on there are like these colored lines and also this big white bar across the screen. Why are those things there?

My son bought the original ipad in November 2010, it is now only a few weeks out of warranty. He turned it on tonight and as other people have mentioned on this forum the ipad now has coloured lines across the screen. I called customer services and I must say i am extrememly disappointed with the response I got. They offered me a replacement for £260..... no other explanation other than it may be a hardware problem. After paying £600 for the original ipad only just over a year ago I would expect better from Apple. Myself, my husband and my three children all have iphones and other apple products but I must say if this is the support you get then I would consider other options in the future. Very disappointing....... If anyone else other than a customer service agent who reads from a script can help then please get in touch. Thanks

This is most likely just the HD (hard drive) spinning, which is normal.
As long as your iPod is working fine, I wouldn't be worried. That sounds completely normal.

All I can say is that I REALLY like my Touch 4th gen because I have all sorts of capabilities in a small form: e-mail, web browsing, news, weather, books, magazines, etc. etc. Plus lots and lots of apps out there, including so many free ones. I use the Cloud a lot so it's great to have everything sync'd to my MacBookPro (e-mail, Evernote, Pocket, etc.)
It would be easier, though, to do some of this, especially magazines, on the iPad mini, but, again, I love the small size of the Touch.
As for the 5th gen instead of the 4th, the fifth has Siri and the 3D feature in maps, which are great. And I'm sure it's a lot faster in iOS 6 than the 4th gen. And cool colors!
