Why do my apps suddenly stop? I have plenty of storage 2gb & up to date with OS. Apps like Facebook, eBay, Netflix, TV apps, etc stop.
WWhen watching tv apps the screen shots freeze and voice off timing with picture. Yet my iPhone works fine so not internet connection.

Here are two steps that have come in handy in related situations
1) login to gmail on your computer or device via a web browser
2) once logged in successfully, go to this URL to unlock:

Is the Outgoing server smtp.gmail.com, port 25, SSL on, & Authentication = Password -

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. My iTunes suddenly stopped working and doesn't recognize any of my devices and gives me a AMD error. I've tried several times to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall to no avail. I'm running windows 7 on a Dell laptop. It worked fine for years then I decided to update my iPhone 4S and it didn't recognize it or any other iPod or iPad.
Can someone please help ?I am having all sorts of problems with 9.1.1.Crashes and not only iTunes but I have to restart all the time.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

I just updated my itunes after receiving an alert through my windows 8. My laptop automatically restarts after an update to secure the changes in setting and applications. You can try rebooting. Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. It takes a minute or two for the iPad to restart.
I'm sure a defect such as this would be covered by warrantee. Are there any Apple company stores in your area? They would be the best to advise you if they can replace it, or if it has to be returned to the US.
