Can you give us more to go on. Your OS? Which Creative Cloud app? Any error messages. You can download the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and restart from scratch if you like.

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. I also cannot directly download from my account on the web. This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere. I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted. I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems. Aren't we all.
I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.

I originally installed the Creative Cloud app and all the software I needed (Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, Muse, Edge, Acrobat, InCopy, Bridge, Extension Manager, Lightroom) sometime in 2014. Now my Cloud app displays only 5 of the software as installed and the rest can be installed. I have never uninstalled any of the software.

Why is my creative cloud app on windows 8.1 blank, no menu items.
I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop running windows 8.1 When I run the creative cloud app, all I get is a blank window, with no menu items. How can I fix this?
Quit Creative Cloud application .
End Adobe related tasks like Creative Cloud , CoreSync, AAMUpdater...etc from Task Manager.
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
~/library
3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm file.
Once you had deleted opm.db file.
Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily .
Then launch Creative Cloud app and check. -

Adobe Creative Cloud app doesn't run
Just tried to use my newly Adobe Creative Cloud app today after signing up for an Adobe creative cloud account. I have Mavrick Version 10.9.3 and I cannot run the application Adobe creative cloud app. Every time I run the program it starts to load and then exits immediately with no error. Talked to Adobe tech support was not able to resolve the problem. Anyone else having this problem?
I have a similar problem, my CC desktop app just shows the loading animation, usually crashing as well. I've tried reinstalling the app but nothing seems to be working.

How do I manually transfer music with the new itunes update for Windows? I don't want to sync my library and lose all of my music for what I have in my current library.
The same way it was done in every previous version.
Connect the device to the computer.
Right click on the device in iTunes and select Transfer Purchases.
Why would you lose any content by syncing with iTunes?
Is this not the computer that the device is normally synced with? -

I don't see Lightroom available for download in my Creative Cloud apps area... and from the web side when I click download it tries to open my Creative Cloud utility and then does nothing. What should I do?
Try signing out of the Cloud app then signing back in again.

I have the photographer plan With Photoshop and Lightroom. Now suddenly The creative cloud app says that Lightroom isn´t installed. It is and how do i fix this. I don´t want to loose any pictures. Tried logging in and out. Also restarted my Imac with no luck.
This has nothing to do with your pictures. As long as LR works, nothing happens. The CC app merely has lost an entry in the installer database. Would a reinstall fix it? Sure. Is it necessary? Not really (until the next version or update). So unless you have too much time to spend or something isn't working, I'm sure you can find more interesting things to do with your tiem. Otherwise use the cleaner tool and get to it:

Why does Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app keep crashing?
After loggin in to my account via the adobe Creative cloud desktop app the timer spins for a few seconds and then crashes without generating a report. I am on Mac OS10.7.5. I have done an uninstall of Creative cloud and reinstall of latest version. No joy. I have done a complete clean of Cloud using the app from the Adobe web site. After reinstall of Cloud problem still exists. I have renamed the OOEB file in Application Support so a new one is generated. Same problem. My loggin details work when I go into my account online. When I try to install apps from there it opens the desktop app and crashes. Any ideas?

Why did my Creative cloud desktop app stop working! Ask me to remove and install it with a new download only for that to not fix or work! Sending me around in circles! Very frustrating and annoying!
Not sure on the error message! OS yosomvite 10.10.3.
my Desktop cloud stopped working, and error messages asked me to re-install it, after uninstalling the original one. The new download loads and gets to half way before disappearing ad nothing happening? back to square one. Tried re-starting and re downloading = same...... .
