Why do my events appear twice in my ipad calendar

Are you syncing with itunes on the computer? If you have both sync with itunes and use icloud, that would produce duplicates.

Not very much sure what are you referring to here.
But based upon the partner function procedure assigned to transaction type you get the list of partner in the ticket
so if you have z transaction type with all partners so you are getting the entire set of partner including z and standard
so decide as per requirement which one you want and then enhance the z partner profile and further assign it to custom transaction type

Thanks for the suggestion. Sadly, that did not fix it. I changed the sync setting as you described, but I still don't get my older events. I have turned my IOS devices off and on again too. One more piece of information, the only events I see for October are recurring events. Either one day events like birthdays set to repeat every year, or events within the month that spanned more than one day. No one time events or appointments are showing.

Why report section is appearing twice in the output of report designer

Hi Gurus,
I have created a report in the report designer and my report contains 5 sections.
each report section is one query view.
i inserted all the query views and done some formatting .
but when i executed the report , one of the report section is appearing twice in the output.
ex: i need the output like this
section1
section2
section3
section4
section5
But the output i am getting is as follows.
section1
section2
section3
section3
section4
section5
report designer experts can please let me know why this problem is coming and also please provide possible solution for this.

Calendar new event appear twice in the week view

Sun Java(tm) System Calendar Server 6.3-20.01 (built Oct 23 2009).
Sun Java(TM) System Communications Express 6.3 update 1 , with patch
I create an event within the calendar server week view an the event appear duplicated in this view. The the same event can be viewed within the month, events and day view as one. This is happening within the UWC interface. Is this a bug? does someone has seen this before?

Events appear twice on iCal

I have been using iCal for months, first on a PowerBook G4 and now on a MacBook pro, and I have not previously encounterd any problems with it.
All of a sudden today, I noticed that all of the events appear twcie. I don't know how long this has has been occuring, but I don't remember seeing it just a day or two ago.
Has anybody else seen this happen? Could it be something that I did? Does anybody know how to fix it (short of deleting the second occurrence for EVERY event manually)?

I want to use iPad 1 calendar to repeat one event on weekdays, that is to say, repeat five days in a 7-day week. However, I find that is impossible due to the matter of fact that I can only make repeating everyday possible. Anyone helps me? Thanks a lot.

There is an app that will do this for you. You add the reoccurring events into the app and the events are saved to your native calendar app or any connected calendar account.

Why does same artist appears twice on iPod Mini?

Even though I change the "get info" to show just the artist's name and not the "...feat ___" the songs continue to show up separately in my iPod. How can I get all the songs to appear under the artist name?

what do you mean by in a row? I have the same exact problem, but there different albums that's why there doubles, triples, and quadruples of the same artists, but how do you fix it so that the album is only under one artist?

Are you syncing through iTunes and then possibly something like MobileMe or Google? If so, you need to turn off the iTunes sync so you are only syncing with the web-based server. That will produce the duplicates.

Why do new events appear at the top of my library?

In older version of iPhoto, when you imported photos, it would make a new event at the bottom of your library where I wanted it to be
In the new version, when importing it places new events right at the top of my library, meaning I have to go all the way up to the top and drag them back down to the bottom

The point is that you are wrong to say that if you are on Manual, you should just put up with it. The previous version placed the new Event in perfect (end) position - so clearly this is an Apple oversight during revision. It doesn't even place the newcomer at the very top - always second from left.
I have already placed feedback, as have countless others, but surely this site is for talking it over with one's peers?
I just didn't want Andy to get the door shut in his face by your response.

Why isn't icloud posting events from my iPhone/iPad to my Macbook?

First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

Why does Video playlist appear empty on my iPad?

I created three different playlist (videos) on iTunes on my iMac. I tried syncing the playlist on my iPad2 so that I can select playlist and have it play continuously. As a result, playlist shows up in Music App but they're empty. The videos show up individually in Video App and no option to create playlist, so I cant play continuously. Mind you these playlist are cartoons for my daughter so when she wants to watch Barney i just wantbto select it and let play. Now, what I don't understand is that I synced my iphone3G and the playlist do show up in my Music App and work completely fine as well as individually in Video App. Why do the playlist Sync correctly on my iPhone but not on my iPad? Or why isn't there an option to create playlist in Video App? Apple has such great technology but something so simple as a playlist went right over their head. I don't get it.

Doesn't appear (based on threads posted at least), to be a high demand feature.
You might check the app store for an app that does this, but off hand I'm not familiar with one.

Why are my events in iCal NOT sorted by calendar? (in the month view))

I use 5 calendars in iCal (iCloud).
Even in iCloud beeing opened in a browser, the events are all mixed up. The events of "Calendar 1" are sometimes above those of "Calendar 2", sometimes below. Same thing with the other calendars. This causes much blindness in using iCal...
When I use iCal, all events are also mixed up, but in a different order as they are in iCloud (browser).
I think, it should be able to sort all events in the month view by the calendar in which they have been entered. Isn't this the purpose of beeing able to arrange the calendars in differents ways?
