Why do Photoshop and Bridge have so many, almost daily updates? Almost every day when I open my computer up there are updates waiting. This seems a bit much...

Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says All communities) to open the drop down list and scroll
But... when Adobe went to the Cloud, one of the selling points was that updates AND enhancements would be delivered more often

What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

Sounds like you transferred programs from another drive? This isn't a very good way to do it. Yes, re-install the Adobe apps.

It is telling you that the device has been associated with another Apple ID. Once an Apple ID has been associated with a device, there is a 90-day waiting period before another Apple ID can be associated with that device. Here is a Support Article that explains the 90-day waiting period:

Many people seem to be confused by that incomplete, brief wording on the Cloud plan page.

However, I should not have to wipe my computer clean everytime I need to do a CC update. HELP!

Can't get Camera Raw widow to open between Photoshop and Bridge.

Okay, so I can't get the Camera Raw editing window to open between Photoshop and Bridge on my new computer. I used Migration Assist and synced up all files from my old computer, and the Camera Raw setting still works fine on my old Laptop. And even images that I edited/adjusted in Camera raw, they automatically pop up in Camera Raw on my new computer, but images that have not been openned in Camera Raw before, don't automaticlly open in Camera Raw editing window?
How do I fix this so that all images open through Camera Raw window before in Photoshop??

What kind of file format, raw or JPEG? If JPEG then you'll need to set your Camera Raw Preferences correctly to have JPEGs open in Camera Raw.

Installing Photoshop and Bridge

When I try to install Photoshop and Bridge I get a strange question before installing: it is not save. And the installing does not work. What is wrong.

Photoshop and Bridge CS5 does not auto rotate SOME images.

Photoshop and Bridge CS5 does not rotate SOME of my vertical images. Most other photos taken in the same time frame and with the same camera display perfectly.
Orientation is checked for display under Preferences, Metadata, Camera Data.
There also seems to be a discrepancy how Orientation is described under Metadata for those images which DO auto rotate : sometimes it is -90 (which is how I hold the camera for verticals and which displays on most verticals) and sometimes it is "normal" even when it has auto rotated the image. I do not understand this difference.
"Normal" is also used to describe the orientation of those images which DO NOT auto rotate for viewing.
The photos in questions were taken using a Nikon D-300 which is programmed to indicate the orientation of the camera and has always been programmed to do so.
I know I can manually change the orientation but we are talking about hundreds of images (I have over 10,000 photos in all; most of which display fine).
What should I be looking for to explain and correct this issue?

It is just so curious that 90% of the verticals auto rotate and the rest do not. The ones that do not rotate are even from different years (other images in those years work fine), although all taken with the same camera.

How do I get around the U44M1210 error? Both Photoshop and Bridge

I have dried for months to update Photoshop and Bridge. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both, but still get error. They reinstall, but they can't apply a patch.

I am not flash wit Mac systems, but with Windows 7 and 8.1, we restart the computer, and open the Application manager as Administrator by right clicking its icon. The official help page should get you fixed

First, have you tried resetting your Preferences? It does fix a lot of problems.

If you need a quick and dirty way to restore your preferences, here's a way you can do it using a keyboard shortcut on launch:
Windows - CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you double-click the PS icon.
Macintosh - CMD-SHIFT-OPTION immediately after you double-click the PS icon.
Bridge:
Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Had to pick a recover point to a week ago - can't find PhotoShop and Bridge but CC says they are downloaded.

I have had mega computer issues today - had to recover back to a week ago and in the process lost my PhotoShop and Bridge - According to the website they are downloaded and on my computer...does anyone know how to uninstall if they don't show up, so I can reinstall them? They don't show up anywhere - it has been a very long frustrating day.
I am using Windows 7 and before I had to recover everything, about my adobe products, was working great. I just installed the trial versions on the 4th of October. Thanks for your help!

I think I finally found the place to uninstall both of them, going to try that and then reinstall. If that helps I will come in here and delete this post.
Actually since it took me a couple of hours to figure it out. One of the reasons it took me so long is that I only found one other discussion question even remotely touched on this subject. The problem was, the question was asked 2 years ago, and the instructions weren't in the same place. I ended up going to the Creative Cloud screen, hovered over the right side of the screen and a little gear (settings) showed up and the only option available when I did that was "Uninstall". I clicked on that and when it was gone, I was again given the option of downloading them again. At least my day is ending with less stress than it started.
