Why do some mail items in my junk email folder keep appearing no matter how many times I delete them?
There are six junk emails that keep appearing no matter how many times I delete them.
How do I solve this problem?
Are they onmy hard drive somewhere?
I have a gmail account.

Yes it sounds like you have a corrupted preference file.
The setting you make in individual programs get saved to a Preference file in your Users/Library/Preferences folder.
All you have to do is drag out the old file to the desktop, reboot and load the program and the preference file gets rebuilt without your preferences which you reset.
For your case I beleive the preference file is
com.apple.desktop.plist -

I have deleted emails and some keep coming back, this has only started since i have updated to 7.1 iOS , all my devices sync and I'm getting fed up with this, other members of my family have apple phones and iPads they say the same, Come Apple find the problem !

No matter how many times I start itunes on my pc I have to agree to the terms of service again and when it does open my settings have all been changed. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it? Reinstalling/repairing does not fix it.
McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.
Or a repair install of iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel might fix the problem.

hey guys I think a trojan was somehow let loose on my computer... And I think it's living in my email because no matter how many times I try to quit Mail, it won't quit. How do I kill this trojan?
Linc Davis has indicated how to Force Quit out of any application that is frozen.
For your Mail issue, try the following:
- Go to Software Update to apply the new update for Mail. Not sure, but there may be bug fixes in the new version.
- Go to Disk Utility (In Applications, Utilities) and run a Permissions Repair. Then do a restart of your computer. -
I have an item that appeared in my history, along with my language being changed to chinese. how can I undo this? can I reset safari? This item wont go away no matter how much I hit delete history.
The "Favorites" icons that appear when you open a new tab are just a special folder in your Bookmarks. To add items to the page, add a bookmark (by tapping the "Bookmark" item in the "Action" popover) and specify the Favorites folder as the destination.
To remove items from the "Favorites" view, tap the Bookmarks icon, then tap "Edit" to remove bookmarks from the Favorites folder.
You may also press-and-hold an item in the Favorites view to re-order it (rather than using the Bookmarks view to reorder them). -
I don't know enough to know why it's doing this, or what to do about it. That's why I asked the question!
There are a few different bars you could see that have an "Allow" button: page wants to redirect, pop-up window was blocked, page wants to install software... Can you be more specific about which message you're seeing?

it wants me to believe it's opening in Spanish, but that is not the language that appears on the start page, looks like it might be German? also, since i have reinstalled, mozilla/firefox is extremely slow to open, if, in fact, it opens at all. if i stop the process, and then proceed to open something else via the toolbar, i.e., aol mail, etc., i get to where i need to be.

I do not have an Apple computer, I have had Itunes previously but had not used it for some time, I have Itunes gift cards but can not get ,on to use them. I have tried to download Itunes again but the following keeps poping up, "The Itunes library is locked on a locked disc, oryou do not have write permission for this file." How can I overcome this?
To solve this issue all I did was check to ensure that the file permissions were set as described by the earlier posts, followed by simply deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file. Once the file was deleted I was able to open iTunes without difficulty. Note that I am running Windows 8. Hope this helps!

Why does my iPhone keep cancelling my syncs no matter how many times I try?
Please don't try to give me advice like "have you tried restarting your iphone?" Yes. I have. Several times.
I want to know why my syncs keep cancelling for seemingly no reason. YES I have the usb cable plugged in. YES I've updated to the latest version of iOS.
I've tried doing complete syncs. That doesn't work. I've tried managing my music manually and dragging albums into my iphone. That doesn't work. Every single time the message at the top of the itunes window all of a sudden switches to "cancelling update" or "finishing sync" and I'm left with nothing.
And this all started because I was trying to solve the problem of iCloud creating doubles of all the songs I purchased on my phone directly, which is another stupid problem that this "support" website has failed to fix. And by trying to fix it myself I've reduced my phone to a state of total uselessness as a music player.

Usually the reason for interrupted, stalled or canceled syncing alerts is a result of either security software interference or TCP/IP modifications. Also, non Apple cables and low powered USB hubs can cause this issue. Here are a couple resources that I would recommend going through as they may help resolve the issue.

I am on FF and it suddenly freezes. The window says that it is not responding and it doesn't start to respond again. So I quit and open it up again. It loads all the basic images and then freezes again and stops responding. I try over and over again to quit and restart it, but it never responds and I have to swith over to using Internet Explorer when FF does not respond. Why does it do this?

I didn't think the first page would help me because I could still add, delete and edit my bookmarks, then restart the browser and it would've saved the changes. Also, I didn't think the second page would help me because my browser didn't have any of the symptoms listed. The problem I had wasn't with adding, deleting, or editing the bookmarks. I simply couldn't organize my bookmarks in a certain folder because the bookmarks would jump around when I tried to move them. However, I looked down the second link's page and found a section titled "Problems limited to bookmarks". I did what the first sentence told me to and it allowed me to FINALLY organize that folder!

First of all, a word of advice, don't post your email on the internet, it'll only lead to trouble.
Second, you mention you have two apple IDs. let's call them A & B.
I'm assuming you downloaded the app you wish to upgrade with 'A' and you're currently using 'B' for whatever reason. If that's the case, then there's nothing to be done, apps are associated with the Apple ID you used to buy them originally and can't be transferred to a new one. If you wish to upgrade an App you bought using your Apple ID 'A' you'll need that ID's password. The alternative would be to repurchase the said app with your new Apple ID, in this case 'B'. -
Why is some mail going to bulk folder?
I have an ATT mail account (Yahoo account too.) I started to become concerned about email that I wasn't receiving (folks swore they sent it.) I noticed my iPhone has bulk mail folder (Mac and iPad do not) and lo and behold, tons of email that I have been missing. What is this folder? Why does some mail go there and not others? How can I either customize this folder (to get the emails in my "regular" email folder or get rid of it?
