Why do Sony keep forbidding the usage of permission managers?
It seems that whenever a permission manager app starts working - Sony are quick enough to make it not work anymore. Unlike fixing actual bugs, this seems to be with high priority for Sony.
I would like to know why does this keep happening? Please explain why are we NOT supposed to have full permission access? Some application wants full access to my texts and mail, so please explain why can't I control that and revoke this access? This is insane. Why are you constantly working against your customers?
A quick answer would be if you were given full access you could change the permission of some integral features like the kernel which could result in you bricking your device ie: Rendered totally useless - Who's fault would this be? Many would blame Sony for not taking more due care and attention to it's customers who have no knowledge of these features - Hence why we have the ability to Root thus giving the user the ability to amend the permissions

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. Here are my issues, maybe you can help... And yes "breaking" and "nightmare" are accurate descriptions of this update...
1. Syncing is now impossible without WiFi or a Cellular connection. I've tried your guide in the other thread, but it didn't help.
When I sync podcasts with iTunes, they DO NOT SHOW UP in the app unless I connect my iPhone 5S to WiFi or Cellular. As soon as I connect it to something, new episodes that I manually synced finally show up and can be played.
2. Arranging the podcasts in any order is now pointless. Any sort of wireless connection will reset my order to a randomized one. It's not even "podcasts with the newest episodes on top", it's just random.
3. Apple doesn't seem to allow any other podcast app to use the manual sync in iTunes. Am I wrong about that? I looked at countless paid apps and they all have their own cloud or system to only deliver episodes wirelessly...
4. And that constant prompt about Cellular data access could drive anyone insane!

Why do I keep getting the message that iTunes is quitting working? I have reinstalled iTunes and I have checked the wifi twice. I have even put the internet access cable directly into the laptop. The message says that windows will look for a solution but never offers any solution.
Try disconnect your internet, then launch iTunes.
Connect your device, then reconnect your internet.
See if this resolves the issue. -

Why do I keep getting the "Your purchase can not be completed at this time"? I change the email address, credit card, confirmed new billing information and still can't make an In-App purchase.
This sounds like an error in the activation of your device, not to do with syncing. After the restore, did the device activate?

Do you have other wireless devices connected to this same router? Do they work?
I really can't help you much but to say that when my router exhibited this issue it was accross the board (all notebooks would connect immediately following a router restart, but would loss connectivity until I rebooted the router again). In my case the only solution that was permanent was to replace the router.
You may also try restarting the phone and the router, setup security - WEP - (or disable security) on the router and phone, and/or try a different wi-fi channel (may actually help). -

Sorry I know nothing about computers.Ideally an external HD, but at a pinch you may be able to get enough on to USB thumb drives to free up enough space to carry out an orderly backup.
Just remember that you need to move the files, not just copy them; in other words, once the file is on the thumb drive, the original needs to be deleted and the trash emptied to free up the space on your internal. So for any really important stuff you may wish to copy it to more than one drive for safety.

If you need the update before you can proceed with your project, I have a few suggestions that may help get this content to download.
Connect to the internet via a wired ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for a faster connection.
Turn the computer's sleep setting to never so that the download is not interrupted.
Disable or turn of any antivirus software if you have it, as these may stop the progress of the download.

On the crash report it gives me to options;restart firefox or quit. I've clicked on both of these and nothing has happened I just keep getting the crash report. I have tried uninstalling and installing and still nothing works.
