Why do the applications in iWork now crash when I attempt to open them?

I use to have iWork 09 working successfully for years (having generated a goodly number of documents) but now that I've moved up to MacOS 10.7.2, when I try to open any of its application, I get no further than a crash report generated to send to Apple.  What seems to be a brief diagnostic overview says:
Dyld Error Message:
  Library not loaded: @rpath/MobileMe.framework/Versions/A/MobileMe
  Referenced from: /Library/Application Support/iWork '09/*/SFApplication.framework/Versions/A/SFApplication
  Reason: image not found
I have tried to reload it (after deleting the existing version, its plist in preferences and application support folder) - even bought a new copy of iWork; it loads successfully (as it did in the past) and sets the appropriate icons in the Dock; but attemptimng to open any component now produces only the crash report.  I cannot interpret the above message; the MobileMe part has no relevance (I don't use it), and I don't know what the rest refers to.  I have had an egregious amount of frustration ever since moving to Lion, including a failure of Time Machine to do its automatic backups (needing restarting the machine to allow it to do any backups; it said it couldn't find its folder); I eventually got past this latter problem by fully erasing the Mini and reloading Lion (the regrettable issue of having to download it through a wireless broadband connection and its effects on the internet plan).  One assumes that something through all this mucking about has corrupted something somewhere for the operation of iWork.  Any ideas on where to look?  Most of the other applications, with one manageable tweak or another now seem to operate.

I am most grateful to you, Neil from Oz.  To embarrass myself, I'll have to admit that I did not think of that.  I had taken advantage of all the software updates that pop up from time to time (I have the facility set for looking once a week), but that to upgrade iWork did not show up, and, as I say, I simply did not think of such a possibility - and the error message in the crash report more or less indicated to me that the problem was not for the computer-illiterate!
Again, my sincere thanks: I implemented the download and now have the pleasure of these applications again (to say nothing of access to the folders-full of documents they created for me over the years).
