PROBLEM SOLVED. There were two versions of Flashplayer installed. I re-ran Flash Aid and it sorted the problem.

Adobe Flash Plugin keeps crashing

I can barely get 10 mins of playing a game on Facebook before I get the above message, it has happened on and off for a few months now but its getting ridiculous to try to play my game now, sometimes not loading at all.
I have noticed that it is only this game that causes it to crash, I watch You Tube and other flash using sites no problems at all.

This is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash Player plugin. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:
(1) If you have any recorders/downloaders that interact with Flash media make sure they are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily. ''This might not be applicable to issues with games.''
(2) Disable hardware graphics acceleration in Firefox and in Flash
(A) In Firefox, un-check the box here and restart:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > General > "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Why does my flash player keep crashing?

when I'm in the middle of playing games or streaming videos the screen goes blank with a grey dot in the center. It tells me to install the newest flash player (which I have to do in order to make things work at least 2 or 3 times a week) so I know I'm running the most up to date version. I've tried the steps on the flash support page on the main website but nothing works. it is very frustrating to not be able to run basic applications without needing to reinstall flash on a near daily basis. My adobe flash player keeps crashing. Why?

I use Mozilla Firefox exclusively as my browser. When I am connected to Facebook and playing their casino games, the Adobe Flash player keeps randomly crashing. When it crashes, it locks up the computer and I have to shut down and reopen the browser. Recently, an information box has been opening up in the upper left corner of the screen called the Adobe Flash Player action box or something like that. The context is filled with lots of computer jargon I don't understand. At the bottom of the box there are 2 options to pick from, either dismiss or continue. Most of the time the screen freezes up before I've had the chance to pick one. After I go to the Windows task manager and shut down the boxes that were open, I get the normal gray "Adobe Flash Player has crashed" screen. The really odd thing is that there is no prompt allowing me to send a crash report to Mozilla. I have uninstalled and completely reinstalled the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Just in case these might be a problem, I have the following 3 "add-ons" loaded in to the browser: Quick Time Plug-in 7.7.6 7.7.6.0, Shockwave Flash 16.0.0.305, and Shockwave for Director 12.1.7.157. As well, in case they might be the problem, I have the following 2 programs installed into my computer are: Adobe Flash Player 16 NPAPI and Adobe Shockwave Player 12.1. FYI: I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit. Hopefully I have given you enough information to make an assessment. If you need anything from me, please let me know. Adobe Flash Player keeps crashing in Google Chrome

I am using Google Chrome and every time I open the browser Adobe Flash Player keeps crashing. I have Windows 7. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Just chiming in to say that I am experiencing the same issues.
using Win 7, Firefox 19.0, Flash 11.6.602.168
Tried the DRM fix,
Tried uninstalling Firefox and Flash, restarting Win 7, reinstalling Firefox and Flash
Tried reinstalling display and my NVidia drivers.
Still getting "Sorry we were unable to stream this video" message.
Also having problems on Chrome.
Some troubleshooting threads suggest to go to chrome://plugins and disable the chrome flash player.
When i disable the chrome flash player and try to play an amazon instant video, I get the "Sorry we were unable to stream this video" message.
When i disable the system flash player and try to play an amazon instant video, the video plays but 'stutters.' The audio is fine, but the video alternately pauses and plays for a second or two over and over again.
AIV works just fine on my iPad.

Every few days to weeks adobe flash player crashes I will try update adobe and fire fox but tnothing works or I already have the lastest versions. Sometimes it down hours, sometimes a week. Then it goes away and happesn starts all over agin in a few days to weeks. Here are the last 5 crash reports.

Playing Flash videos makes Firefox hang
If Firefox stops responding or if the Flash plugin hangs or stops working when playing Flash videos or games, try these solutions:
Pause or stop Flash in other tabs. You may need to close those tabs.
Update Flash. See the Updating Flash section above for instructions.
Disable hardware acceleration in Flash using these steps:
Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page, then click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.

Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
Restart Firefox.
Update your graphics drivers. See Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL for details.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use. You need to install the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed, 
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC = Processes tab}
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

My Adobe flash player keeps crashing regardless that all steps listed in help menu were applied several times.

Try to uninstall and reinstall Flash
