Why does Creative Cloud keep trying to install to Drive C?
I have selected my F drive from the preferences for BOTH the installation and the file storage. But none of the apps will install to my 3 terabyte F drive because there's not enough room on C drive (it's a solid state with just enough room for Windows -- I don't install anything to C).
My CS5 Master Collection worked just fine this way. I wouldn't have spent the money on this but my school is using CS6 Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition for our documentaries. I only had CS4 Adobe Premiere in my CS5 (not sure what the deal was with that) and it had Soundbooth instead of Audition.

My creative Cloud keeps trying to install the same update and never completes. I have rebooted my windows 8.1 and same occurs. All other updates are fine so just creative cloud. am I able to manually uninstall just the creative cloud on its own without effecting my acrobat pro and FormsCentral etc? If so where can I download the latest creative cloud?

Why does Creative cloud keeps signing me out?
On my desktop Windows 8 Creative cloud keeps singing me out every time I log in, but I have no problem on my laptop Windows 8. What is up with that? I have red some other forums some other solutions ... well I have no OOBE folder to delete opm.db and yes all hidden files are viable and searchable. This was fine a week ago, I uninstalled and re-installed creative cloud that did not work. My yearly subscription has just renewed maybe that has something to do with it? The programs see to be working fine. I can live without Creative cloud update manually but I would like to you it.

Why does Creative Cloud keep offering me previously installed updates?
I respond to prompts to update my Creative Cloud client and Photoshop CC whenever I receive a notification that an update is available. (Mac OSX 10.9.2)
However, over the next few weeks I will receive further notifications for what appears to be be the same update, even though I have already installed it two or three times before.
Are these really further updates (sometimes every few days) or am I getting the same reminder multiple times?

Why does my Mac keep trying to install EXCEL?
I am trying to use the XM Radio site(using Firefox), but I am being told that I need to download a plugin. I link on the Plug In & it is WIndows Media Player. So I go to the site via the link, and download the version for the Mac OS X. But when I try to install, it wants to install Excel!
And this is not the first item of software that has tried to do that. I do not now recall just which program I was trying to install but it also tried to install Excel.
I Dont Want Excel! I want to listen to my XM radio player.

that you use the Flip4Mac plugin
for Quicktime for your Media Player needs. MS has

I am attempting to download (since Tuesday) my Adobe Pro Subscription. Each time I attempt to download the subscription, I am prompted to sign in. Each time I sign in I am immediately signed out. I made sure the login name and password are correct. I even changed them to ensure they are correct. Please help.....

Why does Creative Cloud have a blank screen while I'm installing photoshop?
So, I've been trying to install photoshop and creative cloud is completely blank. The site says it's installing but I'm not sure if that's really the case? Also, how do I fix the fact that Creative Cloud is blank? Is it permanent? I haven't taken any steps because I don't know what I'm doing at the moment.

Why does Creative Cloud Desktop App invite me to Install a program that I already own?
I am a recent subscriber to the Creative Cloud Photographers Program, which includes three programs: Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom. When I launch the CC Desktop app, the "Installed Apps" section lists three programs: Photoshop CC, Photoshop CC (2014), and Bridge. Lightroom appears under "Find New Apps" with a button that says "Install." But Lightroom is already installed! Why doesn't the CC desktop app list Lightroom under "Installed Apps" and why doesn't the button say "update?" I am hesitant to press "Install" unless I am assured that it is safe to do so.
Details: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
Creative Cloud Desktop app Version 1.7.1.418

Please follow the below steps
Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
Navigate to the below location
/User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
Launch Creative Cloud and check if the issue persists.
