Why does CS5 extended suddenly start asking if I want extended trial?
having been using CS5 extended for some 18months it suddenly prompts me to say whether I want to extend trial and asks for a serial number. If I enter the SN for the disc I purchased it says invalid?

I bought Photoshop CS5 Extended about a year ago. I installed it on our family computer and our dell laptop. Both were active at the same time however I rarely used the one on the dell. In January I installed CS5 onto my own laptop which i recieved for Christmas. I was fine until a month later, in Febuary, it started telling me my trial would expire (starting at 30) # days. I have now deactivated AND unistalled it on the dell laptop and deactivated it on the family computer and it still comes up as a trial on my laptop. And I running out of days.
I have no option for deactivation on this 'trial' on my laptop and when I try to re-enter my serial code it says 'code not valid for this product'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled since deactivating and uninstalling CS5 on the dell and deactivating it on the family computer. I had no problems when it was just on those two computers so why does it keep coming up as a trial on my laptop? Even after taking it off the dell? It comes up with the same amount of days as when I uninstall it as well, I have even tried changing my computer's date and time which just makes the trial run out completely. I would really appreciate help since I do need it on my laptop and on the family computer (never used at the same time). Thank You.Do you have any other Adobe software installed on this computer? Once the software has been removed and you have ran the cleaner tool then try the installation again. It is likely that the installer is having problems writing to the location which contains the serial number. This is why you are receiving the invalid serial number message. -
Tbanks for any support. I realize I am very new to the program. But I don't think I should be asked every time if I want to continue trial. I noticed on the help menu, my email showed that i was signed in, but I was not connected to the internet.

Please locate the model number on the side of the AirPort Express. Hard to see.....gray lettering on a white background....so you may likely need a magnifying glass and good lighting to see it.
The model number starts with a "A" followed by four numbers. If you see A1084 or A1088, unfortunately AirPort Utility 6.x in Mavericks OS X (10.9.4) does not support these older models. However, you can still administer these models if you have a Mac.....or can borrow one for a few minutes....using Leopard (10.5.x) or Snow Leopard (10.6.x), or a PC with AirPort Utility installed on the device. -

Does it happen anywhere that you use FaceTime or only in your home WiFi network? If it happens with your home network, have you tried power cycling your router? Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Turn WiFi off and on in the settings. Reset the network settings.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps at all? -
what is cookies.sqlite and why does it slow the start up of mozilla by a minute or so. I found it and deleted it,fixed the problem, but it reappears every time I restart mozilla.
AVG reports these sqlite cookies each time firefox starts. they usually belong to tribalfusion or some other tracker. How do I block them in the first place. I thought firefox is a safe browser. Did not have this problem until I upgraded to 3.6.
