Why does iCloud not like Ed Sheeran and why is iTunes a liar?

So like everyone on here I'm sure, you've downloaded iOS 7. I had some difficulty but have it on my phone now and even through my cracked screen it's beautiful. BUT
Before I updated my iPhone, i installed the latest version of iTunes on my Macbook Pro. My first problem is after both devices were updated, my iTunes is saying it cannot connect to my iPhone because it doesn't have the latest version. I've quit and restarted iTunes and have restarted my macbook a couple of times but I keep getting that error message.
So that's my first problem.
The other problem is friggin iCloud on my iPhone! Most of my purchased music downloaded on there no problem. I didn't mind when it came to most of my music because i haven't listened to most of it. But it won't download Ed Sheeran's album which I listen to quite often lately. Soooo this is most definitely a problem.
I really hope someone can help me on here because I am NOT paying $19 for tech support. Thanks!!!

This seems like a no brainer. When I view my email on my Iphone, I see all my Spam, which would already be dispatched to the Junk box on my desktop, had I looked there first. Why does iCloud not sync my Mail rules, and is there a solution for this?

Date arithmetic only works with DATEs.
If you want to do something similar with TIMESTAMPs, use NUMTODSINTERVAL:

When you say "d + n", d is supposed to be either a NUMBER or a DATE. When you pass any other datatype, Oracle tries to convert d to either a NUMBER or a DATE. In this case, d was a TIMESTAMP; Oracle realized that it could convert that TIMESTAMP into a DATE, and did so. The 1st argument to TO_CHAR, therefore, was a DATE, but '.FF' only works with TIMESTAMPs.
There are a couple of things about how Oracle handles this that I find annoying, but I don't know of any better work-around.

Yes, and the music trasferred, I can see it in the folder, but it's not displayed in iTunes.

Why does iCloud not sync to Mac's

After all the hype about icloud and its ability to sync all your apple proucts. I just recently found that my ipad does not sync to my macbook pro automatically, why not. This really upsets me. Is there a fix on the horizon? DW

Why does iCloud Notes randomly get disabled?

Running a Mac Mini with OS X 10.8.2, and periodically, I'll notice that Notes app is not properly syncing. When I check in System Preferences > iCloud > Notes will be unchecked, while all other iCloud apps/services are properly checked.
This has probably happened 3-4 times in the past couple months, and I've yet to figure out any rhyme or reason. Anyone have any ideas?

Why does Firefox not open my windows and tabs from last time until I have tried starting 3 or 4 times?

I have this problem with opening Firefox:
My Startup options are set to "When Firefox starts: Show my windows and tabs from last time"
However, each time I start Firefox, by clicking the icon in the Taskbar, it opens with a single blank tab.
I repeat this using "Open New Window" and when I have up to 3 windows, all with single blank tabs open, I close them all. Once more I use "Open New Window" which only then opens with my windows and tabs from last time.
Naturally, this induces initial panic each time, because I dread the thought of losing all my current tabs.
What is going on here?
How can I fix it?

This started happening to me with the upgrade to v30. Previously, new windows did the proper thing of showing previous tabs/windows.
I have history on, not in private mode, and have cleared cache.

Why does iCloud not have my tones?

I don't understand why iCloud does not have my tones?
I have just lost them and I thought to myself its ok I will just retrieve them from iCloud to find it doesn't have them...
Yet iTunes store recognises that I have previously purchased said tones but would charge me again to download them!
Is this some lame attempt at getting more money out of customers or am I missing something???

When you enable My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your photo stream.
On an iOS device, new photos you take will be automatically uploaded to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and are connected to Wi-Fi. Note: My Photo Stream does not push photos over cellular connections.
On your Mac, any new photos you import to iPhoto or Aperture will begin uploading automatically when you have a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. Or, you can change your iPhoto or Aperture preferences so that only photos you manually add to My Photo Stream are uploaded.

Why does iCloud notes not show all my iPad notes?

Heureka! The culprit was identified.
In the sequence of the layout I originally designed it that
the content
comes before the sidebar in the source code. Some time later
on I must
have moved it in the HTML. Moved back, it works again...
So I guess the error was a combination of the negative
margins and the
Cascading nature of CSS...

Why does iCloud creates duplicate play lists and songs

Since activating the cloud I end up with duplicate songs on my PC. Also my existing PC play lists (which I use for my iPod and iTouch) have been renamed with a "1" after them and the original play lists now appear to be only iCloud songs (some of my regular songs have not been uploaded to the "cloud".
The duplicate songs in the iTunes play list number over 1000 as I have a library of about 3500 songs - which is very time consuming to delete them especially since I have to check which play list the songs belong to before I delete the duplicates. It would be nice if:
a) the system did not redownload songs from the cloud that are already in my existing library and,
b) if Apple software engineers displayed the playlist(s) for each song so one can more quickly manage the removal of duplicate songs.
Also, during my last sign-on to the cloud it created its own playlists (that is it renamed my existing playlists by adding a 1 to the name and then in fact usurped existing playlists by setting them up with only the songs available in the cloud. Is there any way to stop that? Thank you,

For events... on the Mac open System Preferences > iCloud. Switch Calendars off then back on then restart the Mac. Hopefully that will stop the duplicates.

Why does safari not like the letter N?

Hi, can anyone help?
I know somewhere along the line I have done something wrong, but I just can't figure out what!
I'm responsible for the website: www.gmvg.co.uk. (I try my best, but I'm just a novice)
When I print (or print preview) pages from this website using Safari (for Windows) if the capital letter N is in the heading it doesn't appear? (e.g. the NEWS page just shows " EWS" or events page just shows "EVE TS")

Well I had someone with a Mac print some pages from my website (via Safari) and they +*did not*+ have the problem with captial Ns in headings not showing.
I then had someone with a Windows machine print some pages (via Safari) and he too +*did not*+ have this problem.
I'm therefore assuming (and hoping) that it's only a problem with my machines and it's not something I have done (wrong) on the website.
I've tried searching the internet for a solution without any luck and I've tried looking into various settings on my computer (again without any luck).
Basically I'm now out of ideas, any advice from people on here would be most welcome and once again thanks to Andy for all his help!

Usually cuz its locked to a network other then the SIM's. Did you swap SIMs today? Or it's not seated properly. Take it out and reinsert carefully.
