Why does IE show scrollbars on iframe?

I have used an iframe element on my page:
<div id="box_1"><iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="650" height="700" src=/popup.htm"></iframe></div>
Now when I use this in firefox / chrome / safari - this works fine and no scroll bars show.
However in Internet Explorer 9 and 10 it does show scrollbars even when it does not need to - plenty of room.
Can anyone please tell me how to stop the scrollbars in IE?

Why does firefox show up as a plugin on volume mixer? After updating a flash plugin into firefox (when it had requested me to update it), it no longer shows up as firefox in volume mixer. It now shows up as some plugin icon. I really don't understand this, and wish it to be the firefox icon again. What is going on and what happened? It names itself "Plugin Container For Firefox" What does that mean? It has been this way ever since, and nothing I have done has fixed this. Restarting, refreshing, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. Can anyone think of something please? :(

Why does listener show +ASM1 as BLOCKED

I did a lsnrctl status on the listener and it showed that +ASM1 status as BLOCKED. Why does listener show ASM instance as blocked? How does the agent connect to ASM instance if it is blocked?

I assume the ASM entry that you are showing refers to what should be in db_1/network/admin/tnsnames.ora?
My tnsnames.ora does not have an ASM entry at all, and I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster. Should I add one and restart ?

Why does message show as sent when the user is offline??
After merging my Facebook and msn, I've been told by my Skype contacts, that whenever I'm offline, and they message me, it shows that I got the message. Just like I'm online.
This is also happening to my other friends who have merged their accounts ;(....!!!!
Please help, please! ;(...!!! I'm not hacked, I know, but it's happening even with other people who have merged the ACC....

iMessage is free while the regular green text cost money. You can text anyone, you can iMessage other iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad users.
If you are having iMessages being sent as texts, I would turn off the setting in Messages Setting, "Send as SMS".
