Why does iMessage not work with people who I have previously iMessaged?

For the past couple of days, I have been having issues with iMessage switching back and from from regular texting. I went to Settings>Messages and turned off the "send as an SMS" option. Which kind of solved the problem, but sometimes it's taking forever for it to say "delivered" underneath when it has sent.
But the MAIN problem I am having is that with 2 of my contacts--who both have iOS5 and with both I have previously iMessaged--it doesn't say "iMessage" in the text box with a blue send button. It says "text message" with a green send button.
Is there any way to fix this?

You can only send a imessage if you are connected to the internet if there is low signal it will send the message normally
It takes a while to say delivered because to recieve imessage the other person has to be connected to the internet so if they have a low connection it wont say delivered till they have a good connection

I have used thunderbird now for about 6 years, for all my website accounts. During that time I have had very few problems, about 9 months ago I started using Windows 8, I transferred all my accounts from my old machines running on XP pro to new machines running Win 8 and thunderbird ran ok. I have auto updates running so I am assuming both thunderbird and windows are updating whenever! About 4 weeks ago I started experiencing major problems with Thunderbird, it would start then freeze, then it would start again then freeze, if I ran it in safe mode it would work for a while. Now it opens and freezes, the message at the top just says ' Thunderbird is not responding'. Even in safe mode now it will not work! I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, I have even tried installing an earlier version of Thunderbird, I Have deleted the profile and forced it to produce a new one, I have spent hours trawling different sites trying to find an answer, and you know what, the only conclusion I could come to was, nobody seems to care whether this problem is solved or not, so reluctantly I have had to give up and I moved all my accounts to Outlook, which works perfectly with Windows 8.1. I think that should have been the answer, right from the start of the problem!

The point is, it shouldn't matter if you're using McAffee or Norton or not using any anti-virus at all. Thunderbird works on XP. Thunderbird works on Vista. Thunderbird works on 7. But despite what the FAQ says, Thunderbird does _NOT_ work on Windows 8. This is a problem that many people are having and Mozilla _OUGHT_ to be able to fix it.
I hate to bitch because Thunderbird is free and it's a damned good program. But this damned good program that worked through three earlier iterations of MicroSoft operating systems is unusable on 8.1. Anybody who has any knowledge of user experience can tell you that a program becoming unresponsive at random for anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes is simply not acceptable.
This problem has been known for quite some time now. Is anybody in Mozilla support even looking at it?

Why does iOS not work with Blogger threaded discussions?

This has been an ongoing problem since they appeared, if you do anything in a comment entry block on a Blogger based blog threaded reply it will silently crash. No more text entry, no moving cursor, no cut or paste functions. You ask at Blogger support, no one answers - why would they want to fix an iOS problem? You leave nots here and other forums, no input no replies. It must be a WebKit issue insincere all browsers have the same issue, even Chrome, and it happens on iPhone or iPad.
Must be a JavaScript incompatibility but is frustrating - I'm surely not the only one who wants to reply to Blogger based blogs via iOS - it's one of the biggest blog services.
Anyone have any insight? Rumors? Hope?

Why does coverflow not work with windows 7

I installed windows 7 on my computer and now my iTunes does not show coverflow. I get a black screen that says "iTunes is unable to browse album covers on this computer."
I thought a patch would be issued to resolve this, but it's been quite a while and no changes. I use the most up-to-date copy of iTunes.
Does anyone have a solution?

Why does Skype not work with mavericks?

I recently "upgraded" to Mavericks and find that several of my other applications no longer work...Great "UPGRADE" I think I know why it was offered FREE.

Check with HP for new software, in the past after an OS upgrade I have had to delete the printer and re add it to get it to work. The upgrade to Mavericks this did not occur but it did when I upgraded to Lion and then Mountain Lion.
If this does not fix it please start a new thread.

Why does Flash not work with multiple user-accounts on a single PC?

Running XP-Professional (MediaCenter), SP3 and using IE 8, NIS 2010 (disabled during the installation of FP), 3 different user accounts on a single PC
As user A (admin) installed FP ver. 10.0.45.2, and it works fine under the admin account, however, when logging-on as user B. FP is not recognized (?) and user B is asked to intall FP agian, however, the installation fails.
After removing the FP installation (as being user A) and then install FP as user B (who has also admin rights) , FP works fine for user B, however for user A, FP is not installed/recoginzed (?), and user A is being asked to install FP, however that installation the fails, and so on and so on , . . . . .
Any suggestion to resolve this irritating behaviour?

Both you and the recipient have to have active data connections, and both devices have to have iOS 5 or higher to be able to use iMessage. Also, they both have to have iMessage activated. If that is already the case, there is a possiblility that iMessage is down. It has gone up and down several times in the past week. IMessage not working with one single contact

My iPhone has stopped sending iMessages to one singular contact. Before today we have been using iMessage to communicate regularly. This is the only contact that iMessage does to not work with on my phone and on his he can iMessage me but I don't receive these messages. Also in group chats we can no longer communicate due to this issue.

This just happened to me yesterday! I have iOS 7.1, had no issues until yesterday!
I can iMessage my iMessage friends on my iPad with no problem, but the iPhone 5 randomlly decided yesterday that it would only iMessage selective people!

Imessage only works to other folks who have a device on ios5, and who have activated i message. In their set up, theyndeclared one or more specific 'receive at' addresses. Are the folks you are trying to reach on apple devices with i mesage? The red exclamation means, i think, that the apple server did not find that address as registered.

This is a sort of performance issue , because your program takes more than the max time set for the program to execute in foreground.
There are many stuff in program which will hamper your performance.
I will list down a few
1. SELECT *
FROM konp
INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE konp_itab
FOR ALL ENTRIES IN a363_itab
WHERE knumh EQ a363_itab-knumh
in this statement you are using for all entries a363_itab , but before this statement you are not checking if the table has any entry or not , please do remember that for all entries has this characterstic , that if you internal table does not contain any record , then all the records are selected from the database table. So in this case if you table a363_itab is empty , so what you want is no data must be seelcted from table konp , but what will happen is all the records in KONP will be seelcted.
2. While retreiving data you are using seelct * even though you do not require all the fields , an example is
<b>SELECT *
FROM mkpf
INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE mkpf_itab
FOR ALL ENTRIES IN mseg_itab
WHERE mblnr EQ mseg_itab-mblnr.</b>
in this your internal table contains only 2 fields
<b>mblnr LIKE mkpf-mblnr, "Number of Material Document
bldat LIKE mkpf-bldat, "Document Date in Document</b> , but to get these 2 fields you are selecting all the fields of the table.
3. In select you are using into corresponding fields of table , it is not a good practice., so please avoidd it.
Please understand that you must try to reduce the access to your database tables and try to keep it minimal , because this same thing may happen becasue data in DEV is very less compared to the volume of data in production , so a program working in DEV will take much more time in PRD if not written properly and may result in timeouts , as in your case.
Please try to make chanegs to the prorgam and see if it works.
