Why does ios7 not have the date (month, day and day of week at the top of the screen? I have to bounce back to home page every time I need the date. Perhaps someone can answer or pass this on to ios7 group!

Anyone figure out how to let ios7 find the time zone it is in? The little spoked wheel just keeps going round and round.

Validation problem with the selected Month-Year and Days in the Month.

I am unable to figure out the logic for the below senario.
There are two fields Period and Date
If Users sets the Period to FEB-11
and User has to select the Dates of the February Month only and if he selects any other month It should throw an error.
How could I restrict the user to not enter any other date from the selected period.
Please suggest.

How do I prevent firefox from automatically opening the plugin checker page every time I open the browser because it is damned annoying?

I don't like being bothered with pages I am uninterested in opening automatically. It's not a service, it's an annoyance. I want to open my home page, not pages of ANY kind that your browser wishes to open for me. Adblocker doesn't seem to work on this plugin checking page. I do not approve of your browser hijacking my system-I decide what pages get opened, not firefox.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Is there a solution to Firefox going back two pages every time I press the back arrow....(Frustrated)

This has been going on for a long time and I cannot figure a solution to it. I do have my screen zoomed in since it is a smaller screen it is a necessity. I also do not see any add ons that need to be removed or disabled. If anyone has a clue how to permanently fix this I would be thrilled to have the answer.

I am unable to set up my new Time Capsule with my BT Home Hub - every time i connect the ethernet cable from Wan port to Home Hub, the internet signal drops

I've just purchased a new Time Capsule, and would like to set up a small home network with my Laptop, iMac and wireless printer. I'm following the first steps, but as soon as I connect an ethernet cable between the WAN port of the TC and the ethernet port of the HH, my BT internet connection drops out and I have to restart the HH. Upon which point it drops out again. The airport utility can see my TC, and gets as far as me typing in the new network name and setting up a password, but then it can't quite get through to the next stage. All the time it's just flashing amber.
Please help!

Setup the TC in bridge mode before you cannot it to the HH.
Simply do the setup fully in isolation. And do it by ethernet.
Setup wireless to create a wireless network.
You can use either same SSID =Wireless name as the HH .. same security same password.
Or use a different name and setup.. totally up to you.
Update the TC and then plug it into the HH by ethernet.

HT204088 Why does AppStore crash when I try to return to Utilities category after viewing a second or third app (AppStore quits ,iPad (1.1) goesto home page with AppStore on it. 20+ of 32GB available, 28 apps installed, iOS 5.1.1 (says sw "up to date")

My ipad(1.1) jumps out of Appstore after I've viewed 2or 3 apps, seems to be happening more often now. It returns to the page the Appstore icon is on. When I select Appstore again, it opens on the page of the last app downloaded, then I can return and browse Utilities category until next crash. It has 20+ GB available of 32GB, 28 apps installed, I don't use iTunes. I don't know what OS is installed, it's not cellular enabled. I haven't checked other categories and unsure if reducing open browser tabs affects the problem, possibly lets Appstore run longer before crashing. It always crashes when I attempt to return to the category. OSVersion is 5.1.1, Update Check says software is up to date. It has crashed if I scroll thru the pages of apps too fast.

Why does safari not show my websites SVG images and every other browser it is fine ?

I am a web developer and the way apple has developed there safari is driving everyone mad
SVG images will work on every other web browser but wont show up in safari
it is a html website and need to sort this issue out asap have anyone else had the same issue with safari

I wanted to make it clear that I am not talking about the publically accessible Amazon Store but the Amazon Web Store which is used for those who have an online shop or set up e-commerce.
The fact that Amazon is a large company does not protect it from making a crappy site. If its e-commerce pages don't work in Safari, that's laziness on the part of their web developers, pure and simple. There's no reason for a modern web site to fail to work in any standards-compliant web browser. This is something you'll need to address with Amazon.

Why Firefox 5 opening the "What's new" page every time I start the browser?

I have Firefox betas since version firefox 4 beta 1, so when it's updated to version 5, I uninstalled firefox, and install the clean version 5 with my saved settings.
Everything went okay, started the browser and it searched for addon compatibility, opened up the What's new page. But now it is for every start, so it's very annoying.
I tried clean the mess but nothing changed.

Please don't respond with useless comments. I've already addressed the fact that my screen was broken a few months ago. My phone may or may not be broken beyond repair either way, as I said before I can't afford a new phone.
