Hi, I just bought a 16gb iphone 6 8 days ago and since then I have updated the phone 4 times because with ios 8.1.2 the phone is freezing and is blury, does anyone have a solution?

I understand that your iPhone 6 will not default to your Wi-Fi network unless in Airplane Mode. I would need a little more information regarding your router type, password protocol used and iOS software installed to provided a better answer. When Firefox does freeze (not responding appears in parentheses in the page tab) I am not able to access any of the webpages (the entire webpage is hidden behind a vaguely white transparent foreground) and more often than not any files I might be downloading are stopped before the entire file has been transferred - which means that I have to start those downloads from the beginning AGAIN. This has been happening for quite some time and I AM SICK AND TIRED OF IT HAPPENING!!
If it continues to happen for much longer I will swear off FireFox FOREVER!!!!! Either a program works or it does not work and lately Firefox has not worked worth a damn...........
The ONLY way to force Firefox to allow me to access it is for me to end the plugin-container.exe file process using Task Manager. Clearing there is a SERIOUS problem here that has not been resolved - why not???

There are some hangs affecting some users, with symptoms being high cpu usage, occurring as bookmark changes or syncing is in progress, there is a work around for that.

Frequently, Firefox for Windows (Vista) freezes up. I click on a link or try to go to another web page and nothing happens. The icon in the tab is just spinning, with Connecting. but it never connects. Then when I close it - if it lets me. I click to open it again and a window pops up saying that Firefox is already running, to please close it before launching it again. I have to go to Task Manager and End task from the Processes tab. It is also a resource hog including the Plug-In Container.

When OS X runs out of physical memory to run programs, it writes sections of memory to the hard drive to make room for other programs to run. This making room is called a page out. In a memory perfect world, page outs would be zero, since there would be enough memory to run everything. However, that's rarely the case.
What your numbers mean is that, since your last boot (the numbers reset when you boot), your system has read in 2.31GB's of data to work on, however, it's paged out 3.74GB's or 162% of page in's. Where the gauge for the right amount of data is page outs being 10% to 15% of page ins, yours is at 162%, for the programs you run!
While you have 4GB of memory, your page outs suggest you need to at least 8GB for the programs you run. You could just replace one memory card to get to 6GB, however, the Intel architecture runs a bit quicker (3% to 5%) with matched memory, for example two 4GB cards.
That could explain why you've seen less than optimal performance, even with 4GB of memory.

I use pdf files created from CamScanner and shared from DropBox. In DropBox, many times (over 50%) while opening the PDF the process freezes and the error message is Adobe Reader is not responding. If you close the program, and re-open the file, it opens fine. I have saved these files to my computer and the same issue occurs. The files are 100-500kb, so I do not think size is the issue. I have reinstalled Reader (11.1.10) and there is no improvement.

Most videos on the internet are played using the Adobe Flash plugin.
Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox are most probably caused by a recent Flash update and/or a malfunctioning browser plugin such as Real Player.

Very strange behavior. Don't entirely give up on the "Manually Added Items" category ... I have seen things magically appear there even after I've checked and seen nothing there. I think things got real quirky when Apple released iCloud ... I don't remember extra copies of purchases lingering on my iPhone once transferred to my library before that. Sure, if I bought an album directly to my iPhone it would stay on there even after I sync to my library, but if I deleted the album from the iPhone it stayed deleted. Now it seems that there are some phantom copies that come and go with no explanation.

If you're re-downloading an album to iTunes and your iPhone, that may perpetuate the problem. What happens if you completely delete every copy of the album, then just download to your iTunes library and then sync the album to your iPhone from your library? A few other things to try:
1- Completely sign out of your Apple account on your iPhone, then re-sync to iTunes, then sign into your account on your iPhone again. Maybe throw in a Reset or at least a power OFF/ON somewhere in the middle.
2- Go to Settings/ General/ Usage, then select Music and when you see All Music, swipe your finger across it and tap the Delete button. Before doing anything else, Reset your iPhone. I am running the latest iTunes, the latest updates to the OS and on an iMac 3.4GHz Quad core i7 with 8GB of RAM and the music stored on local HDD.
Still locks up iTunes for between 2 minutes up to 20 minutes.
Really annoying.
If you find a fix please, please let me know, I have just been throwing hardware at it with no joy at all

Why does iphone has common volume control for ringer as well as Alarm? which is quite unusual. For Exp, In case i lower down my ringer for some reason instead of silent and forget to increase before i sleep, my morning alarm also remains at the same ringer level volume at which i can miss the alarm. Is it due to some specific reason or i have missed something to change in settings. Other phone like Samsung etc, they have separate volume control for ringer and to an extent, Nokia rings for Alarm even if the battery is completely discharged.

I have booked an appointment at my nearest Genius Bar which is 40 minutes away next week, so do I need a reciept or is the warranty checked from the serial number?

Why does iPhone 5 shuts down with +2 C (celsius) degrees outside? This should be inside operating temperature limits? I´m living in Estonia and I was using iPhone 5 approximately 1 hour with +2 C (celsius) outside. Suddenly it just powered itself off with 25% of remaining battery. I was not able to switch it on again before warming it up inside the house.
I´ve been reading lots of similar complaints regarding other customers iPhone 5-s. Seems that the problem may be the aluminium back cover and thin, large-surfaced battery cause older iPhones are operating with same temperature just fine. Do you have any plan to fix this issue in the future?

You're not speaking to Apple, just your fellow users. The specs say it's good down to 0°C... sounds like you have a hardware problem, likely battery. Contact Apple, it's still under warranty.

Probably because you have Shake to Shuffle enabled in the Music settings.
