i downloaded a new one and i keep getting this. ive downloaded photoshop and it keep saying i cant import video inport video frames to layers and that i need to get dynamiclink so i downloaded it and did everything they said and it still doesnt work btw i have cs6

In addition to activating, you also need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Have you done that as well?

Have you tried updating via iTunes? I find that way's more reliable - I've never had any problems with updating that way.

Why does FaceTime keep saying "connection lost" when we both have full bars on our wifi? My friend in Texas has tried to call my via FaceTime but for some reason, every time she does, it keeps saying "connection lost" when we both have full bars on our wifi. Keep in mind, I am from Nebraska so we have the same time zone and I have an iPod 4 while she has a iPhone of some sort but that shouldn't matter because I am still able to FaceTime my friend in California, which is two hours behind me. So, I guess I just want to know why I cannot reach my friend in Texas. Please, someone help me!

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

Just bought this tonight ,.i am very agrevated about ready to take it back tommorow
I am working off of my laptop.its working on windows Xp i think.
The printer is th HP Photosmart D110 series.i was concerned i would have trouble with the wireless part of it.
The man at office depot said i could work it as a regular printer if i couldnt figure out wireless. Well, it didnt come with the cable to hook it from printer to laptop.rrrr

So how is the printer set up? Is it wireless or USB? If USB you will need a cable, purchased seperately. It is a standard A/B USB cable widely available inexpensively. (The $1 cables form the dollar store work fine....

yes, the charger was working before.
so far i have:
1. updated my software
2. updated to battery 1.2
3. took off the "duck" plug and used the macbook pro cord that was provided
4. checked and cleaned the pins on the magsafe
5. checked and cleaned the magsafe port

Well you're just a problem there John!
1. If you already downloaded and paid for a game, you can't be charged for it again, so you can delete it from your iPad and redownload it. OR
2. Connect your iPad to your computer via USB and in iTunes, sync your iPad, then open it by clicking on it from the left side of your screen. Once open, click on the apps button above and make sure you sync the game over.
Again, once you've paid for something you can't be charged again.......you'll get this sorted.

I had just redone all my security questions and committed them all to memory. Then the very next time I tried to log in-in oder to 'verify' they made me make up brand new ones. How does this 'verify' if they are new ones? How do they expect you to remember the security questions if they make you reset them over and over again on the the same day?

When I am trying to download new songs, import a CD or trying to watch a TV segment on I tunes on my Samsung Laptop computer for Windows 8.1 and I keep getting messages saying I don't have enough memory and I also keep receiving messages that I'm not connected to the internet when I am. Do you back up to iCloud? I'm assuming so since you asked about purchasing more storage.
Check Settings > General > Usage on your iPhone and see if you really need everything you're keeping there.

Photoshop elements 9. Why does it keep saying "editor busy"?

Every time I try to edit a photo in PSE 9 it says unable to complete command. Editor busy. I don't know what it's busy doing but how do I correct this problem?
