Why does it keep saying your trial period has ended when I have bought the product and registered it with you?

In addition to activating, you also need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Have you done that as well?

    I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
    Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

    What is the problem with your sim tray? If you tried to get your sim out using something and accidentally scratched the sim chip, your sim chip is broken and it is not free to fix. On the other hand if other sims work, you can call AT&T and ask for assistance from them.

  • Trial period has ended while I have a subscription

    I got an adobe cc subscription through my school, I had the trial of cc already on my macbook.
    This trial was over, but no longer works after I activate my subscription.
    Even after completely removing everything and through my adobe id reinstall does not work.
    How can I fix this?

    Just bought this tonight ,.i am very agrevated about ready to take it back tommorow
    I am working off of my laptop.its working on windows Xp i think.
    The printer is th HP  Photosmart D110 series.i was concerned i would have trouble with the wireless part of it.
    The man at office depot said i could work it as a regular printer if i couldnt figure out wireless. Well, it didnt come with the cable to hook it from printer to laptop.rrrr

    So how is the printer set up?  Is it wireless or USB?  If USB you will need a cable, purchased seperately.  It is a standard A/B USB cable widely available inexpensively.  (The $1 cables form the dollar store work fine....

    ISSUE FINALLY RESOLVED!!!!!!
    So, it turns out, I had to restore the iPhone...with a twist! Here are the steps:
    FIRST BACK UP YOUR DEVICE
    1. Go to the library (Hold option, click on "go" in the finder, then go to library)
    2. Go to your iTunes folder in this Library (not application support, the main iTunes folder)
    3. Go to the iX software folder (i.e., iPhone software, iPad software, etc.) and delete the file in this folder
    4. Hook up the phone and then click on restore iPhone.
    At this point, it will redownload the entire OS again. You must then restore the iPhone. As it is downloading the iOS, you can disconnect and use your phone for probably however long you want (I did the restore the same day as the download) and when you are ready you can hook up the phone and restore it.
    THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP FOLLOWS:
    And one many may dislike. Upon restoring the phone, you MUST select "Set-Up as new iPhone"
    You need to make sure you've backed up EVERYTHING elsewhere. 3rd party, non-apple/icloud apps will lose data through this method, and you'll lose all texts, your call history, and super old voicemails. The upside is that, if you've backed up, then you can just restart the process if you forgot something. But seeing as how the popup was interfering with my ability to use iCloud (I couldn't sync anything, such as calendar events, reminders, etc.,  unless I had gone into mail to sign in to iCloud), it was totally worth it....no more popups.
    My only wish is that this thread becomes popular. Many people have this issue and you should only use this method as a super last resort (after trying literally everything I had written previously).

    If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

    Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
    The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.

My friend in Texas has tried to call my via FaceTime but for some reason, every time she does, it keeps saying "connection lost" when we both have full bars on our wifi. Keep in mind, I am from Nebraska so we have the same time zone and I have an iPod 4 while she has a iPhone of some sort but that shouldn't matter because I am still able to FaceTime my friend in California, which is two hours behind me. So, I guess I just want to know why I cannot reach my friend in Texas. Please, someone help me!

    I removed the check from the box: trial installation.
    I uninstalled elements again and reinstalled
    still: trial period has expired
    This is five times I have uninstalled and reinstalled
    Two days down the tubes
    I will go back to Best Buy and see if they will refund my money

    Did you try the suggestion at the link? Following its instructions resets the sign in process (it does NOT extend the trial) so that you can start the software, enter the serial number and sign in.

    How do I get rid of the "Your Free Trial Period has ended"  Screen when trying to open a pdf in Adobe Reader?
    I had a trial of Dreamweaver but it was too complicated for me.
    There was no where to cancell the free trail so I let it run its course and expire.  It then deleted the programs which is fine (I didn't want to buy them) but it also deleted my Acrobat Reader.
    I have re-installed that but when I try to open a pdf, all I get is the "Your Free Trial Period has ended" screen which only allows you to buy or exit and them exits all together.
    Needless to say I am very UNIPRESEED with Adobe for messing up my programs and now they want to charge me $29 dollars to sort out a problem they created.
    Can anyone help me to sort out this very anoying problem?

    No I have not deleted anything, this all happened automatically when the trial period ended.
    Other than an old version of Photoshop (version 7, for which I do have a serial number, I don't have any other Adobe software - just the reader which is now not working)
    I was trialling Dreamwever but couldn't get started with it so am paying someone else to set up the website using Wordpress.
