Why does it say you've been signed out when I try to sign in?

Im trying to download Photoshop CC and everytime I try to sign in, Im told I've been signed out.

    When I try to set up a firefox home account I go to "tools", enter "set up a sync " and then enter "create a new account". A window comes up that "email address". As soon as I start to enter my email an "x" shows up followed by "this is an invalid email". What's up?

    Just keep typing until you have entered the entire email address.

    Does the car's manufacturer/stereo say that your particular model and generation iPod is compatible with it?  That would be the first place to start.

    Delete any traces of Silverlight from your HD, you will be able to send attachments normally thereafter.

  • I keep getting "You've been logged out" when I try to access my Creative Cloud account.

    I have un-installed and then re-installed the program. Confirmed that my log in credentials are accurate by loggin into the Adobe site via the web. No issue. I am using Windows 8.1. I saw a post that said to remove the opm.db file, but I cannot find that on Windows 8 (Users > My Profile > AppData> Local > Adobe > OOBE >opm.db file. This path does not exist on my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Solution 2: Clean up cached user login information.
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
    #Solution 3: Reinstall Creative Cloud and clean up cached user login information.
    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.  Windows
    Open the Windows Control Panel > Programs And Features.
    Choose Adobe Creative Cloud and click Uninstall/Change.
    Follow the onscreen instructions.
    Mac OS
    Open Finder and go to /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
    Double-click Adobe Creative Cloud to remove.
    Follow onscreen instructions.
    Repeat the steps from Solution 2.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

    Please follow the below steps to remove the error message of "You have been signed out".
              1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
              2: Open a Finder window, select Go>Go to folder option, type in ~/Library and hit enter.
                             (Windows:  [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE)
              3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
              4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
              5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
              6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
              7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
              8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
              9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
    The error message will be removed.
