My iPod touch has been crashing to the home screen when I stay on aps such as Safari, Facebook, or the App Store for a short period of time. For example, when I go to the App Store to update my apps it crashes right away, wheras in Safari it wll crash after a few minutes of browsing the web.
Are there ways to prevent this from happening?

Why does mi iPad return to the home screen when I am searching the net?

Home screen

It sounds like Safari is crashing. Close Safari, clear Safari, close all apps and then reset the iPad.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
In order to close apps in iOS 5 or iOS 6, first tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
In order to close apps in iOS 7, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

When I open the genre tab and choose a certain genre, it closes and shows the home screen...

This only happens when I try opening a certain genre. It was working fine until today. I tried resetting it and turning off to see if it made a difference, but it clearly didn't.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

yesterday i tryed to sownload the new software OS5 for my iPhone and after waiting the proccess to end, suddenly a message appeares saying the iphone wont restore!

Connect the charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes before you try to turn it on. Then let it charge untill full. The iPhone (or iPad) need at least a little charge before you can turn it on.

You may have fragmented RAM on the phone; that second is the time it takes to move apps around in memory to make room for the Springboard (the internal app that displays the Home screen). To fix this do the following:
While on the Home screen double-press the HOME button.
For each app displayed, swipe up on its screen image to close the app and free its memory
When all apps have been closed this way reset the phone by holding the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears
If this doesn't fix it you should restore the phone using iTunes. Please let us know if this solves it, however.

Just got my smartwatch 2 yesterday. I successfully paired it with my Xperia z. Now the watch doesn't show the home screen it only shows dimmed time. When I try to touch the home button it doesn't do anything, I tried updating it but still the same problem. I received a call on my mobile and I was able to manage it from the watch by cancelling or answering. Any ideas.

That's the icon for GPRS, no EDGE. You have three available data-modes on all 3G-enabled iPhones (3G, 3Gs and 4): The little circle or o for GPRS, the E for Edge and the 3G for UMTS. No icon at all means no data-transfer (no MMS, no Visual Voicemail, no Internet and so on).

i went into my settings to restore all data and content, and it said it might take up to 4 hours so i let it do that and when it finished it just showed the apple logo when i restarted my itouch, i can reset it any time but itll just stay in the apple logo screen, and i tried restoring my itouch but it said it wouldnt let me for some reason. what do i do?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Why does my bookmark page show the bookmarks of another user on my system?

My family has an iMac 21.5 with 10.8.5 OS. My wife and I both have user ID's set up. Recently, her bookmarks began showing up on my side. As far as I know, nothing has changed in our preferences, but a service update was recently performed and several things seem to have changed on the way I had my Safari set-up. For instance when I opened Safari, instead of showing my home page it would show the Top Sites page. And the bookmarks thing. Any suggestions?

Not positive here but it almost sounds like your sign in was up and your wife used the computer and clicked on different sites that showed up on your sign in, Truth be told it was an accident that both you and her were unaware of. This is the reason that we have one sign in that we both use and when it gets cluttered I simply create a folder and put her stuff in it that way it isn't in my way.
