Why does my apps loose their pictures on my ipod?
I have lost some of the pictures on my apps (games) on my ipod touch. How do I get them back?
Try restarting the iPod.

Are you using a debit card? I read somewhere that debit card are not being accepted by itunes. Go to settings/itunes & app store, tap on the ID there then on view account, log in and check payment details to see if they are correct.

I believe the OP is asking about the Apple iTunes Movies Trailer app, so it is an Apple app.
I think maybe the video playback catches up with the download and until the download resumes, the video is stopping. Just a guess at this point. -

They even said that without installing the apps, they will not give me a warranty.
The iPhone warranty is provided by Apple if buying a new iPhone from an authorised seller, not the shop. -

Why does the app store always crash when I go to use the app genius on my ipod touch, it does it everytime. It even does it ocasionaly when I search for apps. Whats going on Apple. Please look into this or tell me how to turn genius off if thats what is causing the crashes, I can't find how to turn it off in the settings.
The most usual explanation would be that you need to update or you have to many things taking up your memory

Could be anything from a chargeback, or your card is junk depending on what it is. Using the word debit card isn't realy descriptive, and can many mean many, many different things. -

I can't find Mavericks icon on the dashboard or launchpad either! Help!It sounds like you've installed Mavericks. You can confirm this by clicking on the Apple located at the top left of the screen and choosing "About This Mac" from the menu. You should see a window appear with the text "Version 10.9.1" near the middle.
If it says "Version 10.9.1", then you've installed Mavericks. It still says "Download" in the App Store because you can still download the operating system after installing it. This is useful if you want to download it for a friend, or create a USB boot drive.

Thanks @pdroth. I did a quick Google search of DB indexing. I'm not sure I found exactly what you were referring to but I see where you're going with it. I can understand that indexing my database of stored photos can be time consuming. It's frustrating that the space can't be recognized as being free more quickly.
I notice that some items I delete seem to free up the space much more quickly. Removing an app entirely or deleting from my Music generally shows up as available space in Usage pretty quickly.
Deleting a photo or video from the Camera Roll will take MUCH longer, so I guess that has something to do with the indexing process you are referring to.
I'd like to point out that when I run out of space on an SD card on any budget point and click digital camera that I can quickly delete a picture or two and INSTANTLY be able to take a couple of new photos in their place. I guess I just have that same expectation for the $500+ engineering marvel I have in my hand right now.
