Why does my audio disappear after I publish my videos to a MPEG in Elements 8?

I'm using Elements 8 and my video looks and sounds find until I publish it. When I publish it as an MPEG, the video is there, but the audio is gone. What should I do?

Why does the waveform disappear after editing in Sound Booth?

It happens consistently with CS4 on 2 different computers. I right-click the audio track and select Edit in Adobe Sound Booth, and SB opens the audio for editing. I edit the audio, and it updates the audio. I know it does, because when I play back the edited section, it's correct. But the waveform is gone! I tried playing around with the display style -- disable and enable waveform, keyframes, etc. -- but the audio track doesn't display anything. I have to exit out of Premiere and re-start it to see the waveform again.
Anyone else experience this?
Also: when editing the audio in SB, is there a way to substitute the PP audio track with a multi-track? I know I can export a multitrack as an .aiff and import it into PP, but I was wondering if there's a way to link it.

Thanks for responding, but the thread you mentioned seems to be about a mirror-image problem: waveform not appearing in Sound Booth. In my case, SB is working fine and displaying the waveform properly, which is why I posted my question in this forum, instead.
The problem I'm having is the waveform not appearing in PPro. This doesn't seem to be a case of "it isn't a bug, it's a feature", because exiting and restarting PPro makes the waveform reappear. So it looks like it is a bug. Unless I'm doing something wrong or have a conflict somwhere.
BTW, I used to use Audition, but it had too many hardware issues and wouldn't run under 64-bit Windows. Have you tried it under Vista x64, or with dynamic links to PPro or After Effects? It seems that PPro, AE and Flash have been designed to work with SB rather than Audition.

Not the fastest, the best quality connection, which is a combination of signal strength, speed, low noise and who knows what else the Apple engineers have come up with for the formula.
The default setting for the Extreme is dual band, using the same wireless network name for both bands. This is the setting that most users should use because their device(s) will automatically connect to the best signal available depending on their capability and location.
You can "force" a connection to 5 GHz by assigning a different name to that band, but this does not assure you that you are making a better connection. It might well be worse.
Why? The upside is that 5 Ghz is capable of faster speeds. The downside is that you always must give up something to gain something else. In the case of 5 GHz, the signals are not nearly as strong as 2.4 GHz signals, so the 5 Ghz signals are going to be absorbed much more quickly by any walls, ceilings, or other obstructions.
To really get good perfomance on 5 GHz, you almost have to have a line-of-sight relationship between the router and the computer. So, 5 Ghz works well if you are relatively close to the router and you have a clear shot at the Extreme. Move your laptop down the hall and around the corner and chances are, the 2.4 GHz signal is stronger (and possibly faster) at that location.

Why does border effect disappear after rendering? It's visible before.

I'm editing a project that needs a lot of pictures as b-roll. I used the standard border effect in FCP7 and everything looks great! Until I render it. And, then all or a portion of the border disappears. When I toggle the effect off, the border reappears just as it was when I first applied it. Render again, it disappears again. Confused. Any advice would be appreciated.

Why does my lockscreen disappear after a while?

One example that occurred this problem:
I was listening to music and, of course, I put it on sleep. I wanted to look up something up when as I pressed the sleep button to waken the device, my lockscreen isn't there. The only thing you can see on the screen is the lockscreen wallpaper. No "Slide to Unlock", no clock, no tabs where you can slide up or down the Notification and Control Centres. Nothing.
Is this a bug on the new iOS 7.1? Or is this fixable?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. 'Cuz that's what mail merges do. They create multiple documents based on the parent doc and all the names/addresses in your data tables.

If so, contact your wireless carrier. That's a cellular connection issue.

Oh, PLEASE IGNORE the line:
deleted everything under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\SYSTEM (folders 0000 to 0004)

If that's the only place you used that unique font, yes. Convert the textbox to an image file by applying a drop shadow to the font and setting the opacity of the drop shadow to 5%.

Problem solved: I have been using Walnut for Firefox ver. 2.0.28 theme. For some reason this has been causing the problem. Started FF in Safe Mode, and the slider problem disappeared. Then proceeded to re-enable the Walnut theme: the problem reappeared. Disabled Walnut theme and reenabled all my other add-ons (about 6 of them). Still no problem. So, clearly there is a problem with the use of Walnut theme in FF ver. 32, at least on my Windows 7 installation.

Basically i use guides a lot when creating or editing PDFs, however when i am done editing and i save my work and close it. The next time i open up the pdf to edit, my initial guides when i created the Pdf is missing. This is really annoying. does anyone know how to fix this problem?
