Why does my "Click to tweet" button in Notification Center suddenly stop working sometimes?

I like to compose tweets from the notification center in Mountain Lion, but recently whenever I click the button nothing happens. I tried unconnecting and then reconnecting my Twitter account and that doesn't work. When I restart my computer, it works for a while and then stops working again. Is this a bug?

I know the ans...first install os x mountain lion again above all your installation..then see the build it should be.. Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW. Have ALL of these steps been tried?
If you've been through ALL these steps and still have problems, you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation.

How do you disable the sound when sending tweets from "Click to Tweet" in the Notification Center?

So, ever since the "Click to Tweet" button appeared, anytime you post to Twitter with it, your heard a bird whistling sound. This was cute at first, but has become increasingly annoying (and probably not just to me, but also to my co-workers). Sure, I could mute my speakers prior to sending, but a.) I usually forget, and b.) I shouldn't have to.
In a similar manner, the "Click to Post" to Facebook button makes the "woosh" noise that Mail.app makes when sending an email.
These sounds should be able to be disabled or muted. The only solution I've found online so far is to move/rename/change permissions of the actual sound file itself on the file system. That seems way to extreme.
In summary: am I just missing some obvious setting, or is there really no way to mute/disable these sounds?

The best way to do this is to leave all files unchanged, but render the file containing that horrendous bird noise unreadable to the system. Open a terminal window, and paste this command:
sudo chmod 000 /System/Library/Frameworks/Social.framework/XPCServices/com.apple.twitter.xpc/C ontents/Resources/TwitterSent.caf
That's it. Your Tweets should hereinafter be silent unless you change TwitterSent.caf's permissions again.

It is most likely because Notification Center alters the menu bar and the dock itself. My facebook and my twitter button won't work properly either, but when i double-click the buttons it works. but i can't understand why your twitter button works once but won't work again.

Trouble with the advanced search function on acrobat reader. Why won't it open? it used to, but suddenly stopped working.

For some inexplicable reason the advanced search option in my acrobat reader 11.0.3 has stopped working. It worked just fine a few weeks ago. I am running Snow Leopard on my Macbook Pro. When I open advanced reader the pdf file I am trying to search ceases to be the active window. But no other window exists (in 'window' search is checked, but there is nothing there!). Does anyone have any ideas. I have downloaded and re-installed reader twice, and removed all earlier versions (I think). This is kind of urgent!

Why does enabling FP 11.4 add-in cause IE9 to stop working?

I'm running Win7 Home Premium. IE9 works perfectly UNTIL I enable FP11.4, when it can't load any pages. Disabling Flash immediately results in IE9 working perfectly again. ActiveX filtering is off (all the time). Does anyone have any ideas?

When i try to open itunes why does it not open and instead just say "Itunes has stopped working?"

I tried to uninstall and reinstall itunes to remedy the problem. Everytime I attempt to open itunes it just says "itunes has stopped working" and it takes me to the screen to download an update. I tried that and it still says the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks!

having the same problem will not allow itunes to work since update. I have not been able to connect my touch. Need assistance to fix this. Have unistalled all progams a number of time with no joy. There has to a solution to this as prior to update things where going good.

Why has my audio from Apple TV to Airport Express suddenly stopped working?

For over a year, I have had my Apple TV and Airport Express connected together and the audio worked perfectly fine. All of a sudden the audio playback on movies and Netflix had dropped off considerably. I now have to turn my amp upto 70 to get even the slightest sound. Music plays fine to the AE but not Movie Audio.
Anyone else having the same issue??
I'm confused because it's worked ok for a year!!

This error is generally specific to Internet Explorer and has two possible causes. The most likely explanation is that your browser has unusual browser security settings. I would recommend you try
resetting your security settings to defaults (varies by version but all essentially the same). You may also have to turn off
Protected Mode which is enabled by default on some systems. If you’re seeing this error (or a version of it) outside Internet Explorer, you may have a server-level setting that is preventing your content from being framed.

What bit is it? 32 or 64?
You can get that info by right clicking on "My Computer" Uusually on the desktop) and selecting Properties in the drop down menu.
And what version of Fire Fox are you using?
And which plugin are you using, and is it for Flash Player?

And I apologize for posting in the wrong area - I saw Apple support so I went here.
I'm almost certain my phone is the problem. I have gone through resetting the network settings a dozen times on my phone, even did it on my dad's. Now my texts are beginning to do the same when I text my fiance.
Resetting the network settings DOES work -- the problem is it will work for a day or two or for only a few hours - then I'll have to do it all over again.
