Why does my iPhone 4 Bluetooth just keeps saying "Searching" but won't show devices.

When I go to my bluetooth settings, it says it's in discoverable mode & just keeps searching and not popping up any devices. I have iOS 7.0.2. I'm trying to connect my bluetooth headphones.

I even tried to use bluetooth connection on both my parents' iphones, it just keeps saying "searching".

When you try to update the app, is the Apple ID that comes up the same as the Apple ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? e.g. log in on another device, reset password etc.

Formatting mostly but is more down to the misalignment of terminology Mb/Gb and MB/GB
64Gb roughly 59.6GB
64 x (1000/1024)x(1000/1024)x(1000/1024)
So 4Gb is around 3.72GB
250Gb is about 232GB
1Tb is roughly 931GB
or something like that
But the formatting will be proportional to size too as it kind of stores directions to where the data is
AND of course because of the iOS (operational system that the device has installed on it)

Cannot download apps, it just keeps saying loading but never loads

When I try to download any apps, they just keep say waiting and waiting and never load, what is the problem, this is getting me very irritated!!

No apple server aren't down, I just done activating an iphone 6.
Do you have a hacked or jailbroken iphone?

HT1632 My ipod seems to be stuck in a "Loop" as my nike+ tries to download, just keeps saying, "downloading" but nothing happens, runs my battery down. What can I do?

I suggest try getting it back to your stock iOS and forget about jailbreaking.

Why does my iPhone 4S WiFi keeps shutting off?

This is the SECOND black iPhone 4S with problems with WiFi once the IOS 8 updated is downloaded. So frustrating!
Just after the IOS 8 update was available, I updated my black iPhone 4S. Soon after, I experienced a hot battery, screen freezes, and the screen toggle button for WiFi was grayed out. I called Apple support and they tried to help me. Very pleasant! After about 30 minutes, we concluded to reset the phone back to the original factory settings. This fix did not work and the Apple tech told me about purchasing a new replacement phone. Mind you, the 4S was less than two years old. Not long after, I went into my cellular carrier and they agreed to provide me with a new Apple iPhone 4S. The new one worked just fine for several months. Now, that 4S has begun freezing up, and the WiFi screen toggle is again grayed. Again, so frustrating!
I am mentioning the BLACK 4S only because my wife has the white 4S and it has not experienced any issues, even with the IOS 8 updates.
I need help please! This cannot be a coincidence that two separate black 4S phones each have an issue with the WiFi toggle.

The first back up to iCloud may take some considerable time. Just how long isn't really possible to say without knowing how much is in your back up and your connection speed.
What many people don't realise is that upload speeds are often significantly less than download speeds, so for example a user may have a download speed of 40 Mbps, but only 1 Mbps for uploading. As a rough guide it will take around 2 ¼ hours to upload 1 GB of data at 1 Mbps.

It sounds like you are trying to restore your phone but are unable to turn off Find my iPhone to do so. If you have already backed up your phone to iTunes on your computer with the info from the article named:

I would try deleting the iCloud account from the phone altogether, then restoring the phone again.
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
