Have you tried going to iTunes & App Store and signing out and then signing back in?

If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I went to the apple and talked to someone on how to fix it but it hadn't been working . Then I told my girlfriend who owns an IPhone 5 about the app I wanted . Hi Nico , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.

Hi, I am unable to sign in to my iCloud account. When i sign in, it says Your apple ID has been disabled due to security reasons. Kindly reset your password to log in. I have already reset my password thrice but am unable to access into my account even after using the reset new passwords. Can someone help me. You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time. -

I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.
