Why does my Itunes always crash when I go to the Itunes store?

During the past couple of months I have noticed that my Itunes crashes every single time I try to go to the Itunes store. I have tried fixing the utility disk thing, and I have completely unistalled and re-installed itunes with the new version. Is there something I'm missing??

1.5GB for a vector file is very large. If you can ever open this file would recomend file >> save as >> turn off PDF compatibility.
Can you please tell us why your file is so large, you may have a problem such as deleted global swatches, or an exceptionally large number of items in your symbols, styles, brushes palette. For even the most complex illustration filling the entire 227.54" artboard, you should be under 20mb if you have no embedded or linked images.

Check for an update. Also if you're on 3G, try to doing it over WiFi to see if it works better because sometimes the network just can't handle it so the app crashes to protect itself.

ITunes always crash when I press the browse button...

if I have opened the browse window in iTunes main window,and then start to play musics, at this moment when I press browse button to close the browse window, iTunes always crashes.

Indeed, when crash happend it gave me a popup window to say that it has met a problem and have to be closed.
okay, let's try enlisting some additional technical help then.
we'll get a crash log from itunes, and send it to so someone who can interpret crash logs.
Typically, you'll need to configure Dr. Watson on your PC in order to generate crash logs. Windows start menu -> Run. Type in "cmd". Hit return. At the prompt in the command line window that comes up, type in
drwtsn32 -i
And hit return.
This will create crash logs in Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\. There'll usually be a file in here called "drwtsn32.log"
prior to collecting the itunes crash log, delete any existing crash logs in there. (we want to make sure we send the correct crash log.)
generate the crash, collect the crash log, and send it to this email address
in the email:
(1) state the precise version number of itunes that you're using.
(2) include the URL to this thread so that the person who gets the email has some context, but also give as much information about the context of the crashing as you can.

Why does flash keep on crashing when I try to play my video?

Every time I try to play the video I've created in flash, it keeps on crashing. It also crashes when I run through the timeline. Please help!

Why does Itunes always crash when exiting?

I have 10.5 installed on Windows 7 64 bit. Almost everytime I exit itunes it crashes and I have to constantly go to the task manager to close it.

I have read the using itunes in safe mode (pressing CTRL+SHIFT when you open it) helps the problem, although this is not a long term solution. If using itunes in safe mode does stop the problem, then there must be a 3rd party application that is causing the crash. I have turned off all non essential start up programs (through MSCONFIG) to see if that also helps, but haven't had the chance to test it out properly yet. I will let you know how I get on.

Itunes always crashes when I download podcasts.

The problem started with upgrade to itunes 10.6 or there about. My computer would crash when playing, crash on importing, crash on downloading podcasts. Most of the problems went away with the itunes 10.6.1 update, but when I try to download podcasts by pressing the "get all" button, the downloading will start and within a few minutes the system will give me the beach ball of death. Force Quit will not work, and nothing else will work either. I then have to press command + control + power (on my keyboard) – to restart. Then I use the button in the back of the imac to restart again. I always have to press both sets of buttons because the first restart always leads me to a non-startup screen with a flashing file folder. When I press the button again the imac finds its hard drive and starts up correctly. Since the "get all" button didn't work I tried to press the individual “get” buttons, but if I hit one button while the other item is downloading it can lead to a beachball and I start all over again! I have a large podcast list and there are still hundreds of podcast episodes left to download.

ITunes always crashes when I try to goto purchased

Itunes starts up fine and does everything fine but one thing. When I try to goto the iTunes Store and then go to Purchased it starts to load but then crashes after loading 2/3 of the way through. It did this in 10.4 and again still in 10.5. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have not cleared it from my registry as I am unsure which registry items are connected with itunes. I am running this on a Windows 7 Professional machine.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
-Go to Settings>Messags>Send and receive and sign out and sign back in
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

There can be a LOT of reasons. You'll need to start investigating and eliminating variables.
Start by turning GPU acceleration off if it's turned on, and go from there.

When using the digital signature in Adobe 9 standard it crashes, it has been repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashes when putting in the digital signature and not understanding why. Also the digital signature was redone. Your thoughts on this would be most helpful.

I had the same problems and was VERY frustrated.
I finally solved my problem by uninstalling reader 9.1, air, acrobat.com and THEN after a restart, installing a lite version of reader 9.1 from this site:

Try resetting: Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.
If that does not work, try downloading any new free or paid app from the App Store and see if your other apps work.

I downloaded the latest ITunes and I get disconnected when I try to purchase music. The ITunes player will play my music but as soon as I try to access a song to buy it, the program fails. You buy one and only one download.
It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
Certainly you did not update your ipod without making sure that you had transferred anything purchased on the ipod to your computer and included it in your regular backup copy of your computer.

I have an iPhone 5 model A1429 with 16GB with iOS version 7.1.2 (11D257).
I am trying to install the game Lies of Astaroth (https://itunes.apple.com/app/id586902335)
But after pressing Install and entering my iTunes password, my iPhone 'crashes' (the screen kinda goes green) and restarts.
I have tried 3 times and the same thing happens.
Did anyone else have this issue?

Does this happen with any other application you try to download from the App store? If you haven't tested that, pick another app to download and see what happens.
If the other app downloads fine, then it's not your device, it's the other app.
Alternate method of installing an app is to download it on your computer via iTunes Store, and then sync to over to your device.

Why does my Macbook Pro Crash when I tether with USb cable from iphone 4?

Ok so I pay for the tethering thing for my iphone 4. And when i use bluetooth or wifi it works just fine. But when i connect my iphone to my macbook pro with the usb cable it completely crashes. Like the screen gets gray but sti see thru and it says to turn off my laptop by holding down the power button. and it has it on many languages. Whats up??? what can i do?
