When I start my console for weblogic 6.1, it crashes giving a watson memory error?
Why is that?

I'm talking about the PAID FOR "Personal Hotspot" AT&T feature that comes with a 4GB dataplan. If you have a Jailbroken phone then this isn't for you.... Anyway, upgraded to IOS 5 and at the worst possible time I discovered that my phone no longer had the ability to share it's over the air data with my Laptop. Restarting the phone didn't help, turning cellular data on and off didn't help and after hitting a wall I called AT&T's tech support number as I had a strong suspicion what the problem was and that they'd be able to help. Despite explaining the problem and proposing a quick fix the agent made reference to an internal memo saying there are bugs in IOS 5 and that my lack of tether was an Apple software issue and I had to call them. Frankly in this case it's VERY MUCH an AT&T provisioning issue, and one AT&T should have their techs deal with in 30 seconds rather than waste customer's time pointing fingers. After a long and frustrating attempt to get the tech to fix the problem I ended the call by CANCELLING my tether plan and going back to the "Regular" 2GB plan. Reason being hat if it's an IOS bug then it will be weeks I'm paying for service that I'm not getting, or if I was right the problem would be fixed on my next call to AT&T. For giggles I called and spent a very miserable 40 minutes dealing with Apple's IVR and nice but dim tech who was more concerned that I didn't have Apple care than anything else. That call ended with Apple saying it's not them and I should call AT&T support... However, instead of beating my head against the wall again I called SALES and asked them to add 4GB data and teher to my phone. 5 minutes later I had working tether. Problem solved. Basically to enable tether the phone has to pass a sanity check that it hasn't been tampered with, and then to activate the feature a fil is pushed down over the air to "Bless" the iPhone. I suspect as part of the IOS upgrade something went out of whack with either the file or the anti-tamper checks. Solution was to reprovision tethering, but AT&T support wouldn't hear of it. So, if you have lost tethering after an IOS 5 upgrade and AT&T support won't help then the solution is pretty painless. A) call customer service (not tech support) and CANCEL your tethering and extended dataplan. B) Turn your phone off for 5 minutes, then wait another 30 mins or so and call SALES. Ask them to add Tethering and extended data to your account. C) Wait another 30 minutes, or if you're impatient you can try turning your phone on and off again, and you'll be back in business. The down side to the is is you pay for two data plans for this month, but get a credit for the overlap next month (ie net you don't lose out). Hoping AT&T reads this and stops wasting everyone's time by enabling 1st level support to deprovision and then reprovision tether without messing with billing. We can live in hope, but until then I hope this may help someone being bounced around in a game of "Blame Tennis". Once again AT&T = All Twisted & Tangled!

A: When a group is created on master console it will be pushed to all the managed amp which is added with Manage group configuration enabled. The Group pushed to the managed amp will be created as Global group and you can create subscriber groups for the global group to which you will add the device into since we cannot add any devices into global group directly.
Hence there is no device added to the global group, on the master console it does not show any device count for the groups that are created on master console.

If I understand your suggestion correctly, I have compared my hosts file entry with the link you provided:

[PS: Could an issue here be that my version of PE (11) is not the latest version (13)? (Or should using PE11 still permit use of the "Help" feature, without a "403 error" ?)]

Let us look at the hosts file and inspect its content for unwanted/unexpected entries.
STEP 1
Find the hosts file. In Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, the hosts file is found in the path
Local Disk C
Windows
System32
drivers
etc
and in the etc Folder is the hosts file
STEP 2
Right click the hosts file, select Open, and then Notepad. Open the hosts file's Notepad document.
Do you see anything below the last line in the default hosts file as shown in the screenshot?
(Always backup the hosts file before editing it.)

History lesson first. Ever since the 4.0.1 update, Firefox 4 has been crashing A LOT. It's gotten so bad that FF4.0.1 will eat memory with no end in sight and eventually Windows (Win 7 64-bit) forcefully close the program due to an out of memory error.

I've gotten more pop-ups from even support.mozilla.com because of the Javascript on this website.
Firefox 4.0.1 is leaking memory from every Javascript on every website I load. It's leaking memory as we speak with only this page loaded (one tab).
FIX IT! Firefox 4 is poorly handling Javascript, especially when multiple tabs are opened.

octoberasian: I, too, am experiencing this phenomenon. I shut my system down, pulled the EIC cable, held down the power button - then replugged and rebooted. I closed down every unneeded application that I have set to auto-start. Finally, I opened a single Firefox 4.0.1 window and let it sit. It began with consuming 43 Mb of memory. By afternoon - about 5 hours later - it was up to 203 Mb. There is definitely something very wrong with this version. It does the same on all the machines we have, sans our server. We don't use the server for anything but being a server & it has some version of Firefox 3 on it anyway. No Java Scripts were running, nor were any Adobe ARM or any plugins. Source works fine, EXE gives no memory error

I have finished my program and am now trying to build the exe taht will run on the cliends workstation. The source has been well tested and does not throw any errors when running.
Building the exe works fine but when running the exe I get an out of memory error message (below). Watching the memory usage in task manager there is no significant increase. I have built and tested all of the sub vi's on their own and they work fine. The largest dataset in the program is an n=720 array of doubles.
Is there some build config setting im missing to make this work right or something?

Do you run the EXE on the same machine as the development?
If so, did you close LV (Development Environment) before running the EXE?
Did you build the EXE as debuggable? If so, can you hook up to it using Desktop Execution Trace Toolkit?

Weblogic 6.1 deployment out of memory error - please help

I am getting an out of memory error when deploying an ear to a weblogic 6.1 server. I tried increasing heap size with the startup param. I also tried upgrading the jdk to 1.3.1_02. Here is how I am starting weblogic -

I tried 64, 128, and 256 for the MaxPermSize param and the larger I make this number, the longer the deploy takes. I also tried lowering the session timeout to 1 min from 30. Now, when I deploy to the weblogic connection, jdev writes the war, then hangs. The rest of my desktop is slow but responsive, but I let jdev go for up to 1hr when running this deploy, and it never even starts the weblogic.deploy call. I end up killing it. This ear is not very big and is a simple servlet.
Any thoughts?

Why does my itunes keep freezing and give me the rainbow wheel of death?

Whenever I am doing stuff on my computer it will randomly freeze up and I am almost positive it only happens when iTunes is open and playing. I have a lot of free space on my hardrive even though I have around 6000 songs and a bunch of movies on there. I just downloaded a bunch of games form the app store too that could be taking up space. Please let me know if you can help!

on the left hand side, hardware should be highlight and you will have all the information you need to give us.
Feel free to exclude your serial number. you can do so in preview. But it doesn't really matter, and it would be nice to have a reference of it somewhere should it ever get stolen. it your choice.

Why does "Open Browser Window" Behavior only give the option for "OnMouseOver"?

The title says it all. I want to use the OnClick behavior butit will not let me have that option. I can not figure it out, nor find anything on Google.

If you don't have the "latest" the general blanket statement of "update to the most recent" will probably be what you get from any customer support personnel you reach.
Personally, I haven't gone past 2014.0 yet, and probably won't for a while.
In my CC 2014.0, the OnMouseOver is the default, but when I click it in the Behavior Panel to choose other options, they're all there.

Weblogic 8.1sp4 console throws IE runtime error ?

I am facing this weblogic error which is driving totoally nuts. I am a developer having used weblogic for 2 years in my same machine at my office.
The error is this.
I deployed the weblogic and created the domain successfully with no errors. But when i try to open the console to do admin work, my browser just breaks with ie error (Runtime error). I have no reason why this happens as i had used this weblogic in my machine for 2 years as of now. But now i am struck on this. I was browsing this group and i came across your profile. I will appreciate your help very much on this.

have you tried connecting to console from another box in your network ?

Opening the default wl6 console gives a 404 error, I do start the server.

I am getting a 404 error whenever I open up default console to edit
configuration. My wl6 server is running. I had the console few
days back, but now I always get the 404 error. Right now manually
editing the config.xml is doing my job but i would like to get
my console back.. is there anyway I can do that or do i have to
do the installation again?
