Why does NOW function in Numbers supports only Pacific Time? How can I change it to my local time?

When I insert the NOW () function in any cell while using Numbers, it inserts the cell with Date & Time. The problem is that it comes up with Pacific Time. It somehow doesnt support the local time zone. I have made sure that the time zone of my device is set right. Is there anything that can be done to change this?

Trying to change the settings on my time capsule to support UPnP so I might remotely access 3rd party software. Any suggestions?

Apple routers do not support UPnP. They do support NAT-PMP, but that requires that you manually enter in the port values to set up what is known as Port Mapping.
But, first things first. is the Time Capsule set up as the DHCP and NAT router for the network, or do you have another router upstream from the Time Capsule on the network?

With a desktop, old down the 'Ctrl' button, while clicking on the '+' or '-' button on the numbers keypad. You have to have hit the 'Num Lock' key first. If not, hit the 'View' drop down menu, click on 'Zoom' and click on zoom in or zoom out, which works for a laptop too.

Have you tried to connect the devices? If so, is the router allowing you to? If not, are you getting any error messages?
By default, if you setup the router before, anyone should be able to connect to it without a problem.

When you go to Settings>General>WiFi Sync - you should see the name of your computer. that is what should up in there is WiFi syncing has been setup correctly in iTunes.

You have not told us which version of iOS you are running.
If your iPhone is reasonably current with its iOS, you can do Settings > Do Not Disturb = "Off"
