Why does Pro CC suddenly remove audio from all imported files regardless of format? Was working perfectly before.

This problem happened overnight with no changes to settings, etc. I've tried importing every format available and the audio is removed from all. Thanks for any help...

Okay, then I suspect it's a source patching issue. Make sure that an audio track is selected for source patching.

As to the audio waveform icon, or 'badge,' I'm guessing you have the Project panel in the icon view, in which case the audio badge indicates that the clip has linked audio. I should have been more specific and asked about the icon in the list view. That's where you should see the combo badge for a clip with video and audio.

Welcome to the  discussion forums.
Try going to synching in the sources menu on your tv and selecting 'change itunes library', when it gives you the passcode check itunes to see if the tv is showing up as a new device, if so try entering the pass code. It may be that your tv is seeing itunes as a different library because of a recent upgrade.

How do I remove audio from an imported live clip?

I feel like an idiot having to ask this because I'm sure the answer is right in front of me.
I'm trying to make a music video that consists of some live footage over a previously recorded song. I'm also trying to match up the live footage with the sound clip but every time I put one of the live clips in, the live audio overwrites the audio clip I want to keep.
How do I remove the audio from the live clips so that this does not happen?

Unlink audio from video by deactivating the button in the right upper corner of the timeline (next to the snapping button). Then click on the audio part and delete it.

I just made a video, and after exporting it I noticed my whole video was basically trimmed down.
It was trimmed from the top, bottom, left, and right.
Anyone know how to fix this??

What do you mean source material?
I took some footage of me playing a video game, and I captured it using a screen-capture software (Fraps).
The imported material was .avi clips
I still can't get it to work guys, ill try and explain everything I did.
1) Open Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.
2)Click new project DV-NTSC Standard 48kHz
3)Import a .avi Movie I captured using Fraps screen recorder
4) Use the Set In point and Set Out point to get what material I want from my movie
5)Drag it onto the timeline
6) Look at my program: sequence 1, and my movie seems to be trimmed from all angles, meaning if you've ever played a first person shooter game, you cannot see the gun I am holding, but in the movie clip that I recorded earlier, you can a see the gun I am holding.
Does this make any sense?

I'm genearlly happy with the idea of my Apple TV 2, but I've got two problems with it that keep popping up and I have no idea how to fix them:
1- Watching HD video causes the image to flicker on long shots. My TV is a 40" Sharp Aquos from 2010. SD content seems fine. Tried several HDMI cables and no dice.
2- At random times, the Apple TV 2 will lose all the information from my itunes libraries. It'll still connect but give me the message "There are no items" or something similar. My current workaround is to disconnect from home sharing, then reconnect and enter my username and password with the Apple remote (remote app on iPhone no longer works at this stage) which is a pain, because my PW is complicated.
Any solutions?

There may be a couple of reasons for this. It may simply be poor encoding. Alternatively stuttering can become quite noticeable on panned shots when the the framerate of the video does not match the TV output frequency.
2- At random times, the Apple TV 2 will lose all the information from my itunes libraries. It'll still connect but give me the message "There are no items" or something similar. My current workaround is to disconnect from home sharing, then reconnect and enter my username and password with the Apple remote (remote app on iPhone no longer works at this stage) which is a pain, because my PW is complicated.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.

I can't connect to Internet anymore (WIFI or Ethernet). This was working perfectly before. I don't get a proper IP address from my ADSL box and it seems there is a DNS error when accessing the Internet.

I have an issue with my MacBook pro (MAC OS X 10.8.3) when trying to access Internet. I am behind an ADSL box (Orange). I have a PC on the same LAN which accesses Internet perfectly via the same Box.
On the MAC, I have tried WIFI and Ethernet. And have same issue on both. I have checked the IP address (the ADSL box is a DHCP server) but the MAC doesn't get a proper IP and network mask I tried a manual IP address setup and it doesn't get better. I have setup the DNS servers for my Internet provider, but I get DNS error. I have tried 2 Internet browsers (Chrome and Safari), both have the same issue.
I tried to put my MAC on a different ADSL box (I have 2 acccesses with 2 providers at home) and get the same issue.
I also noticed a havy CPU load on the mDNSResponder process (at least 30%). I have restarted it, but no improvement.
Last, I have repared the permissions.
From those trials, it seems that the problem is on the Mac side. But I am completelly without any new idea, so I need help

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Make sure the firewall and wifi router is not blocking it you can likely see if its the wifi router by connecting by etherent cable that would mean itsopen in terms of ports

well depending on how your audio is brought into your system you can select it as two streams of mono or a stereo pair. In reality, unless it's mixed in stereo, that's just two streams of mono locked together. Other streams brought in via other means, can have a lot more audio channels, e.g. 8, 16, 24.
In your case, with what you're doing, two separate channels works best, so you can control the levels of two very different audio sources. If, for instance, you were taking the feed from the mixing board during a concert, you might want their stereo out. Otherwise you might be dealing with the 1.2 zillion channels that they're mixing live.
I like separating the tracks coming in. I work with people who prefer to lock them together. Locking means the tracks move together during editing. Ok, fine, but I'm usually dealing with different audio sources, like you are: a camera mic (safety on location) and a close mic (shotgun, lav). Or I have a shotgun source and a lav. I want to determine the best source audio for the shot. Sometimes it's a lav, sometimes a different feed from somewhere else, sometimes the shotgun, and sometimes a mix of two sources. But if they're locked together and pre-set to come out evenly from both speakers there no way for me to make a determination. The other guys like to cut and figure out the audio later.

Why iTunes hides it's Removable drive from explorer?

Very strange behaviour (looks like a paranoia - to restrict the using of iPod directly (manualy or by 3d party software))!
If not launch iTunes - I can see the Removable drive IPOD in explorer and work with it (for example to copy iTunes to another computer).
But as iTunes runs - it hide the Removable drive and there is no way to restore it exept unload iTunes and unplug-plug iPod.
Is it ususal behaviour or something wrong with my device?

It doesn't. Plug in the iPod. It shows up in Windows Explorer (and the desktop) just fine.
As soon as iTunes is done updating it, it is ejected and it is removed. All hardware, when removed, is no longer available in Windows Explorer.
You have mistaken what an iPod is.
The iPod was designed to play music.
iTunes was designed to play music (and later adapted) to be the interface for the iPod.
iTunes does not try to hide anything. As I stated before, iTunes is designed to make it very, very simple to use the iPod. Plug it in, wait a few minutes for it to update and unplug it. That's it.
Why should the iPod stay mounted on the the desktop when it is no longer in use?
If you start using the iPod for other functions (as a disk drive), you start making it less simple/more complicated.
Now you have plug it in, wait for it to mount add or delete files you want and eject it.
If iTunes was going to "hide" it, either the function would not be included and/or it would not be well documented on how to enable it.
this fact does make imposible for other software to discover and work with iPod.
Then using your example, Windows Media Player is full of bugs because it will not run it on Mac OS X.
Also, it will not run on my car radio or work on my fax machine.
It's not a bug if you do not make an application or hardware work with other stuff you are not concerned with.
A bug is something that is not working correctly when it is supposed to.

You're going to need to be more specific, as I'm not quite sure I understand what you're talking about.
If you're referring to copying from an external hard drive or flash drive, and you want to actually move files rather than copy them, you can hold down the option key to force it to do a "move" rather than a "copy." This is not new behavior, though... the Mac OS has worked this way as long as I can recall (and I've been using it since 1984).
If you're having a problem with trying to move files from one place to another on a single drive causing them to be copied instead, that is likely because of some permissions issue preventing you from actually being able to move them.

Does it happen anywhere that you use FaceTime or only in your home WiFi network? If it happens with your home network, have you tried power cycling your router? Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Turn WiFi off and on in the settings. Reset the network settings.
