Why does the Japanese version not have Furigana?

Question

Apple sells all over the world so anyone can buy a Mac and set it up in any langauge and write any language thats how it should be because the Computer is international.
I am English I live in Japan I set  up my OSX install Finnish I write in Arabic too however writing Japanese to a none Japanese I need to have Kanji reading
called  Fu  ri   ga    na  or   ru  　bi   =small red    hi   ra   ga   na     placed  above      kan  ji　かん　じ　so children can read and those who wish to know the
          振  り   仮　名        ル　 ビ                       　平    仮　名　　　　                  漢　字   漢　　字
reading of very hard to read kanji.
Word for Mac has it, we first write  かんじ presss space a drop down Kanji list show the kanji that are read kanji most common come first then choose press enter then when we have written a sentence we highlight and go to rubi in tools and it automatically places the reading  above the kanji.
I could write like above but that takes space and time using retrieve fixed yomi the rubi are quite small and they do not differ between the ON   YO　MI  Sino reading and KU N YO　MI

Japanese reading of Chinese kanji Kanji came to Japan  so ON is Chinese OTO is Japanese they mean reading or sound pronuciation depending on the context
