Why doesn't Editor open either from organizer or on the start screen?
In Elments 11, all worked well after install.
Now, weeks later, Editor will not open.
Suggestions please!

Please try couple of probable solutions as mentioned below:
Solution 1:
Close Elements.
Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Editor.
Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.
Solution 2: In case any network printer is attached try to launch without network or printer uninstall or make different printer as default.
Solution 3: Try launching with anti-virus off or removing PSE from conflicting list.
Solution 4: Launch Editor directly from the exe. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 11" and launch PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

It does for me. But it requires an Internet connection, so if you don't have mobile data turned on or your account isn't provisioned for it or you are out of range of a cell tower Siri can't talk to the servers.

If you moved the G4 around to make room for the new machine, that could have jarred the processor loose. It's not unusual for that to happen to an older machine, though it usually happens to RAM or cables, not to the processor.
Years of heating and cooling can loosen a connection and cause some oxidation of the contacts; subsequent moving of the machine, coupled with just a bit of thumping or torquing of the chassis, can cause the connection to fail. Reseating the connection not only makes it secure again, it usually wipes the oxidation off of the contacts. -

I can upload photos and smaller size videos but when a video is 24 minutes long for instance, it doesn't upload at all from my iPhone to the PC. How do I upload these videos that are longer in length?
Are you using any software to import videos? Did you tried Picasa or you just open your iPhone from My Computer?

I can't open apps on my iPhone. The touch screen doesn't work. I have restored it already but it still won't work. What can I do.
If the touch screen is not having any response then you probably have a hardware failure. Take your phone to an Apple Store or authorised service provider to have it checked.

Since I made my Safari update yesterday, safari doesn't open my chosen webpage anymore at the start... Frustrating ! What can I do to have my opening page again ?
Go to Preferences-> general and change 3 settings there:
1. "Safari opens with" = "A new window:
2. "New windows open with" = "Homepage"

Internet Explorer immediately launches when try to open the desktop from the Start screen
When I log onto my computer, instead of the Start screen opening, the Desktop opens, AND when the Desktop opens, Internet Explorer immediately launches there.
Other times, when I log-on, my computer will open on the Start screen, but then immediately launches Internet Explorer on the Start screen. I didn't click any Internet Explorer icons."
Also, when I am doing something on the Start screen and decide I want to go to the Desktop and I click the "Desktop tile" it switches me to the Desktop and launches Internet Explorer. Again, I didn't click the Internet Explorer tile.
(I just wanted to go to the blank Desktop.)

When opening PC the start menu will automatically start Internet Explorer in APP mode, and if we set Internet Explorer to open in desktop mode, then it will automatically open under desktop when start?
As we have no Internet Explorer in startup configured, so it won't start by itself. We may try to replace Internet Explorer item's position on the start menu with a different APP, then check what happens(drag and drop the desktop icon on the place of the

Is the MSN webpage your home page here? If not, then there might be some application on the startup automatically launches this page, we may take a try to disable one at a time to check; and if this is your default home page, try to replace it with another
one, then change it back.
