I have a subscription for Adobe ExportPDF. I am attempting to convert.pdf files to .docx. I have signed into your site and have selected two small files. The dialogue tells me “exporting 2 files 0% complete” with noo progress for about 45 minutes now. How can I complete this process?

Adobe, Why doesn't the download link for FreeHand work???!!!!!!
Right! I tried the trial download links and nothing happens: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?loc=en&product=freehand
The download links are working for other discontinued programs like Pagemaker and GoLive but I see that this page officially made FreeHand no longer for purchase.

We don't have any record of you subscribing to ExportPDF. Did you sign up via the Reader mobile app? If you did, you would need to contact Apple about your subscription.
And, if you haven't subscribed yet, but would like to, you should be able as long as you have an email address and credit card billing address in one of the countries listed in this document: Countries where ExportPDF is available for purchase.

I have Adobe Reader X in Windows Vista. Why doesn't the Adobe PDF show up as a printer in my Hardware/Printers? Or can I add it to the Hardware/Printers? And how?
Adobe Reader - FREE - reads PDF files, prints them, fills forms.
Adobe Acrobat - $$ - as Reader, and makes PDFs and edits them, sorta, and does a bunch more.
So if you had Acrobat try and find the license to avoid having to pay again... -
I registered for Adobe Export PDF because I wanted to convert a PDF file to Word so that I could send it to my printer. Adobe Export PDF converted my document to word, but it still didn't print. Therefore I do not need Adobe ExportPDF. As a result I would like to cancel my subscription and ask for any reimbursment that I am due.
