Why doesn't Notes sync?

Shouldn't Notes sync between iPod touch and AppleMail? Or am I missing something?

For whatever reason Apple hasn't (yet) built that functionality.
Please leave feedback and hopefully Apple will enable syncing with Mail in Leopard for the iPhone and iPod touch:

Ask a fifth time, and maybe the answer will appear.
Are the notes actually in iCloud? If you go to iCloud.com and log in, do you see them there? If so, it's an issue on your computer side. If not, then the notes don't exist on the server.

Why do apps not sync -- it says computer not authorized. I tried unauthorizing my computer and then reauthorizing and I tried deleting the sc file. It still says the app is not authorized on this computer.

Did you download the app via that same iTunes account id ? Have you tried re-downloading it directly on your iPad (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519) ?

Thanks for the question. Were these songs purchased from the iTunes Store? If so, see the following resource. If not, follow the same steps for the content, based on how you acquired it (delete and re-add).

Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
2. Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
3. Download your previously purchased song from this list.
Note: iTunes in the Cloud, which allows you to download previously purchased songs from the iTunes Store, is not available in every country. Learn if iTunes in the Cloud is offered in your country.

Quickbook contacts use to sync with Mobileme. Why do they not sync with Icloud

MobileMe used SyncServices, part of the System, to sync contacts. iCloud uses a different protocol and evidently Quickbooks can't work with this.

This seems like a no brainer. When I view my email on my Iphone, I see all my Spam, which would already be dispatched to the Junk box on my desktop, had I looked there first. Why does iCloud not sync my Mail rules, and is there a solution for this?

Why not look up iCloud support, it was never offered as anything outside iOS 5 supported devices.

Before you restored it, did you check that box on the sync screen that downconverts the songs to a slower bitrate? That's the only thing that I can think of other than you adding more of other things (apps, pictures, videos, etc.) this time around but not the last time

Nokia E71 - reasons why it would not sync

Hi,
I've been getting a few complaints/queries as to why my users E71's are not syncing with thier exchange accounts, and was looking to compile a list of reasons why so that I know what to look for and what I can change/modify to show that it's not the devices fault as it has been set up to sync in this mannor.
So far I have;
Sync schedule (manual/push/15 mins etc))
Sync schedule (9am-5pm)
Data connectivity issues (lack of data reception)
Sync content not set to be synced in the first place.
Possible exchange server issues.
That's all I can think of for now (I'm not really a mornin person so I've no doubt missed a few big ones!) so if you can think of any others please let me know, I'm sure others may find it useful also!

I had this same problem as well. The advice in the post by Woekki worked for me, just changing sync mode from Manual to Automatic.
I also found another way to sync the calendar manually if you want to leave Mail for Exchange in manual mode. Follow these steps:
1. On your E71, Go into "Mail for Exchange"
2. Press the right button to select "Back" to get to the "Messaging" screen.
3. Highlight "Mail for Exchange" and press the left button to select "Options."
4. Select "Settings" from the Options menu
5. Scroll down to "E-mail" select it.
5. Highlight "Mail for Exchange" and press the left button to select "Options."
6. Select "Edit" from the Options menu
=> It will say "Sync mode: Manual, Current status: Idle"
7. Press the left button to select "Options" and select "Synchronize"
=> You will see the "Current status" change from Idle to "Connecting.. Connected.. Syncing Email.. Syncing Calendar.. Syncing Contacts.. Syncing Tasks"
So if you ever want to sync your Calendar, you just have to go through those steps.
Also if you do want to change your sync mode to automatic or manual, just follow the steps above, but instead of doing step 7, just select "Sync Mode" and make the change there. You can set it to sync as little as every four hours during business hours, so that is the easiest way to make sure your calendar gets in sync, without having to sync email too often.

I'm trying to put videos on my iPad from my computer and it says that my iPad will not sync because my iPad does not accept the software, but my boyfriend has the iPad 2 and he was able to put the videos from the Mac computer on to his ipad2

I've just been given the best advice - transfer the clip to i Movie and then export to i Tunes.
I think being this simple, it should be explained by Mac support.

I have installed Yosemite on my MacBook Pro and on my 2010 iMac. iCloud Drive is not syncing between the computers. I can create folders on each mac in my iCloud Drive through the Finder and they do not mirror each other. Moreover, they are not uploading consistently to my iCloud Drive. Only a handful of the folders and their files have uploaded. It is a hit and miss. What must I do to fix this impasse?
