Why doesn't "report a problem" even respond?

I purchased a TV series, by mistake the wrong language version, which I only realized once I started watching. I stopped watching and downloaded the right version. I also reported the problem, i.e. downloading what I did not intend to. Automatic response on the website is that the purchase is not eligible for refund. I understand that, I could have copied the series and made some money with it (although I think they are DRM'd anyway). But I have never received an answer to that report - other than the automatic response. Which, byt the way, I think is not in accordance with EU laws concerning remote consumer purchases. Really bad customer service. It is only 30 Euros but the principle is important. I am consdering selling all my Apple devices on eBay for this as well as terminating my iTunes account (not to mention selling the Apple shares I own). There is plenty of competition out there!

From what you described, you never reported it to anyone, so I'm not sure why you'd expect a response.
Go to getsupport.apple.com and follow the prompts to report it. You'll receive a response within 24-48hrs.
And since you're the one who made the error, I'd relax a little bit before leveling threats in a user to user forum.

It probably says more about MySpace than Safari but anyway you could try the latest nightly build of Safari's Webkit web browser engine. I always use this now and find it offers greater all round performance.

In case you don't know, you just run the webkit application instead of Safari but in use it will seem no different than Safari because all you're doing is running an updated version of the rendering engine in Safari. Safari 3.1 remains untouched and you can switch back to that if you wish.

Why cant i report a problem on itunes

i recently bought some new apps and my ipod touch 4 froze so i restarted it and when i turned it back on my apps werent there now i tried to reinstall them but it doesnt work. so i just want to try and get a reffund and nothing else. but the report a problem on itunes purchase history just takes mt to the support website on apple and it wont let me report my problem. can someone please help me?

Why doesn't flash player work even though I've downloaded it and enabled it?

flash player was already download to my computer when i bought it. it has been working fine for about a year but it suddenly stopped working about 4 weeks ago? I've tried searching up whats happening but nearly all the websites say it would be because flash player is disabled but i followed the steps time after time only finding it to be enabled. no one seems to the have answer? please help! i've already spent hours trying to made it work again and I'm getting frustrated!

How do i get refund when i can't get anyone at apple to respond to me and when i hit report a problem nothing happens?

If you encounter an issue using the Apple Digital AV Adapter or VGA Adapter:
Disconnect and reconnect the adapter from the iOS device and display.
Connect directly to the TV, projector, or external display using a known-good VGA or HDMI cable.
Remove any VGA or HDMI extension cables or converters.
Note that accessories that convert a VGA or HDMI signal to other video formats (DVI, Composite, Component) are not supported.
Ensure that you are using the latest version of iOS. Some Apple Digital AV Adapters require iOS 5.1 or later.
Note: When using an Apple Digital AV Adapter manufactured before early 2012 with iPad (3rd generation), you may see the "This accessory is not supported" alert. Dismissing the alert will allow you to use the adapter.

App Not Launching, Problem Reported, Dev (F84Games) Not Responding, Refund?

Hi all, I really need help with the 'Railroad Madness' app purchased for my son's ipad (from F84Games in Los Angeles). When he tried to play/launch it the game just crashes immediately after the splash screen.
Reporting the problem to Apple (through my itunes purchase history 'report a problem' function) suggested contacting the developer directly, which I have done, twice, via email and with an app review describing how the app does not work at all. I have asked F84Games either for a refund or a functioning replacement.
I have patiently waited for over a week on a response from Apple or F84Games, with no reply from either, which has been very disappointing since my general experience is that Apple has excellent customer support. Since the fault of the application is because it does not launch at all (and not a simpler functional issue), it seems reasonable to me that they would send some kind of message responding to my request?
Does Apple allow developers to post and sell 'bad' apps on the app store? I thought Apple had a rigorous approval/testing processes in place to prevent this sort of situation from happening in the first place?
Since I have already reported the problem to Apple via iTunes, I cannot report it a second using a different label.
Please, if anyone out there (or Apple, if you are monitoring these discussions) can advise how I can have my problem resolved, purchase refunded, or get some sort of human reply from Apple support; or at least have the faulty 'Railroad Madness' game removed from the app store so that others do not waste $4.99 I would be most thankful and appreciative.

Purchase billed several times and report a problem doesn't work

Hello I was trying to get 1 month subscription to a newspaper, got an error during the process. Now in the purchase history I see that the my purchase billed 5 times. Tried to follow the steps to report a problem, but when I click on the "report a problem" link next to the purchase it sends me to the iTunes Support page on the browser. Anybody knows what to do to get my money back?

Same problem here, also on Snow Leopard, but I am not planning to move to Lion (I have it on another Mac and it doesn't seem worth upgrading to me...).

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

It sounds like your son made an in-app purchase, you can turn them off on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purcahses 'off'. And depending upon what version of iOS that you have on your iPad you may also have a Require Password setting which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).

Even in the to do's you could easily look back at the events tied to an individual so as to bring yourself up to speed with what you were doing with the individual in mind.
