Why doesn't right edge of screen sense touch? (iPhone 5S)

I just purchased an iPhone 5S two days ago and have noticed that the right side of the screen doesn't seem to respond to touch. It's about an 1/8 of an inch all along the right side. I searched and saw a few posts regarding the iPhone 5 having an issue, but those were about a year ago and seemed to be resolved by software.
I went through this procedure: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1827 to verify the lack of response and it's repeatable. I've tried powering down/up and resetting the phone but that doesn't change the issue. I'm running iOS 7.0.3.
Are any other 5S owners experiencing this?

Even i am experiencing the same problem with my Iphone 5s too. I bought Iphone 5s after a long wait 3 days back, and also facing exactly the same problem with my phone. RIGHT COLUMN IS LESS RESPONSIVE. I checked with my friend's Iphone 4s, but then he is not facing such problem. That made me come and have a check with other goups in Internet. Just wanted to know from APPLE whether it is there with all phones or you want me to take and replace it with new. Kindly assist. As a great fan of APPLE products it very disappointing that we are facing such problems in Iphone 5s. Please do gave a feed back.

Dark band down the right edge of screen ? (17" MBP)

I'm afraid I'm being nitpicky after seeing all those other serious problems, but I'm curious. Let me know if I'm being a nit picker.
On my new 17" MBP (early 2009) with the glossy panel, there is a band of dark area (about 1 inch wide) down the right edge of the screen. It's more noticeable because it then gets brighter 1/4 inch from the edge. It's not that bad... and I doubt that it'd show up in a picture if I were to take one. But it's plainly noticeable when I set the desktop to a solid color.
Is that to be expected? Do you also notice it? I was hoping that uniformity would be better with LED backlighting. Or is this a uniformity issue?

Can you start the application? Can you edit photos with it?
Does the application crash a lot while editing?
Have you tried to restart the device? How many applications do you have running in the background?

Why doesn't right-click work in Bookmarks menu anymore? Why do I have to open some Bookmark manager to edit/delete Bookmarks?!

Until this 29 update, I was able to simply right-click in the Bookmarks menu on any Bookmark and do whatever I wanted like open it's properties to edit it or simply delete it straight from that menu. Now, suddenly, that right-click menu is all blanked out. It's only usable when you go to the Bookmark manager. Why was it necessary to forbid people from deleting and editing Bookmarks from the Bookmark menu?! Why do I have to now go through some extra steps of opening the Bookmark manager then finding the Bookmark to edit or delete it when I could have done all that straight from the menu?!

Why doesn't the music app screen rotate when phone is turned?

Is it just my phone or is this how ios7 is. With the earphone plug being on the bottom my phone is upside down while I'm working out and that app doesn't rotate. On my ipad it rotates. Help!

Not so much caroling it as it is wanting to be able to read what is playing on iTunes Radio or which song is playing from my vast library of music on iTunes Match. It easy to forget some less popular songs when on shuffle play through all the songs loaded on the phone. On top would have been a better place for the jack I guess!

That icon indicates your iPhone is rotation locked.
To remove it, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open Control Center. Tap the similar looking icon there to turn it off.

Why doesn't my imovie project for ipod touch go to my computer's iTunes when i hit the option "share with iTunes"? I need iTunes to have the project so I can format it in a video converter. Can anyone help?

I downloaded Imovie to my Ipod touch (I don't have a Mac computer/laptop) so that I can edit a project for school video assignment. I have editted the video, but I can't figure out how to make it go to Itunes. I need it there so that I can put it into a video converter for projection to my class. The problem is, I don't know how to get Itunes to recognize that there is a project made. Imovie (at least the mobile version) has a "share with Itunes" feature, which I found. When I use this feature... nothing happens on the itunes end. Does anyone know why this is and have a solution?

My iPod Touch screen is so sensative that when I have my finger right above the screen, not touching it, it will open the app or click on the letters on the keyboard that I have not touched. How to stop this?

All of a sudden my iPod Touch 4 Gen (got for Christmas in 2012) has started behaving strangely. When I go to type on the virtual keyboard I don't even have to touch the screen and the iTouch starts acting as if it's possessed and will start typing those letters that I'm hovering my finger over ... and it's usually not the letter I want. Has anyone ever had this happen? It's very frustrating.

First make sure your fingers and screen are clean. After that all yo can do is:
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Why doesn't iMovie import video directly from the iPhone 3GS

We here quite frequently that Apple offers a better overall experience than the competition because they make the whole widget... I was SHOCKED to discover that iMovie will NOT recognize my iPhone 3GS... Doesn't Apple make both products and their OS's (Yes, I know they make both)?
iMovie imports video from my FLip HD just fine... This is very disappointing... And yes, I figured out how to do it... Import it to iPhoto, export it as a .mov and import it to iMovie... This is crazy, Apple!

What I find shocking is that if you open iMovie and select "Import from Camera..." the iPhone doesn't show up.
For further clarification, I have turned off the option to open iPhoto or Image Capture automatically when a camera is attached. I don't that option to import photos from my camera because they are automatically imported to my computer via the eye-fi card in my camera.
I do expect that when I open iMovie manually and select to "Import from Camera..." that the iPhone will be recognized as a camera. My FLip mino HD is recognized and it is awkward to then have to open iPhoto, import the movies, export the movies and then import them to iMovie to modify them and move them to my Apple TV.
I have provided Apple my Feedback on both their iPhone and iMovie sites.
